  • Ammirate le immagini ei suoni del diritto dell'oceano dalla comodità del letto matrimoniale in questo accogliente duplex. Portare i bambini e il cucciolo per una vacanza rilassante ma divertente sul tranquillo, all'estremità nord di Wrightsville Beach.

    Godetevi la cottura in cucina abitabile durante l'interazione con gli amici nel soggiorno a vista, e poi prendere un piatto sul ponte a guardare i bagnanti. Uno schermo privacy che separa dal condominio attaccato, ma si consiglia di affitto che, troppo, per un esteso amici per allontanarsi.

Great location!

The property is clean and has a view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. There's an easy path to the beach where you can take beautiful walks. I really enjoyed staying there.

Excellent Location

Wonderful place! Location is perfect. Very short walk to the beach and close to the pier. Very accommodating place for families. Place has all you need, beds are very comfortable, porch is great for family dinners, able to take nice bike rides around the area.

The place was great for a long weekend and kid friendly. The only issue we noticed was the bathroom sink didn’t drain and half the windows didn’t open.

Beach Trip

This was the first vacation I’ve been on in 9 years and it was the first vacation for my 4 year old son! We loved being able to hear the ocean from the beautiful property and walking to the beach was a breeze. The outdoor shower made conking off the beach and cleaning up extremely easy with a little one! The property was exactly as it was described and presented on Vrbo. We had the most amazing time and made memories that will last a lifetime.

Overall a good experience. The location can’t be beat and communication from management company was helpful and quick. Would love to see more of a sound barrier /solution for the adjoining unit next door. If other guests have children or pets that bark etc. there is no way to escape it. For the price I was a bit shocked to find quite a few dirty dishes in the cupboard, and had some issues with the washing machine (wish management provided a solution rather than me asking for one), but if these hiccups got sorted in the future I would book again and/or recommend to a friend. Management was helpful to reimburse for the issue which was greatly appreciated!

Review of stay

Property had multiple maintenance issues that included non working vent fan in bathroom, multiple lightbulbs burned out, rusted vents and fans, "soft" boards on stairway to enter the property on the deck that felt like they would give way with any weight, deck has multiple large popped nails sticking up from the floor causing a potential hazard for guests and pets and kitchen was not stocked well with utensils and cooking equipment (only 2 table knives) and the door leading to the deck would not open properly without use of muscle. Access to beach and view from deck were amazing

Great proximity to beach, very clean. You will share a wall and the back deck with your neighbors though, so there may be noise and no privacy on the back deck. We would go back, though!

Great location, plenty of parking for friends to visit. House has everything you need for the beach!

Stayed with our newborn and dog. House was stocked very well (loved that there was tupaware to put snacks in for the beach). Less than 100 yard walk to the beach. No need to pack anything house has a storage area with all your beach needs in it (cooler, chairs, cart, bikes). Once you stock up the fridge no need to go anywhere

Very nice beach duplex. the owners have definetly taken a rustic beach duplex and updated it to make it comfortable. Beautiful view of ocean and easy 5 minute walk to beach.

Easy walk to the Beach

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay but the linens didn't meet my standard of cleanliness. We also had an ant problem; keeping all the food off the counters and in the refrigerator helped. Nice back deck with view to the ocean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our biggest complaint was the fridge. It had an odor like that of rotten fish. One of the fridge drawers did not function and we just took it out to use the space. To be fair, they did call on the first full day and ask how everything was, but I did not mention the fridge b/c I don't think they could have done anything about it immediately. Some minor issues were old coffee and filter left in coffee maker and the range top on stove was not particularly clean. There wasn't a water hose for rinsing beach items, but the maintenance guy came by and was nice enough to offer to buy one and bring it back. Thanks. We still enjoyed our stay and will come back. Location was great and the rest of the house was very nice. Comfy beds and furniture.
