Splendido piano superiore - condominio di lusso con vista sull'oceano con garage!

Gli ospiti godranno sicuramente di una vacanza indimenticabile in questo condominio completamente ristrutturato, lussuoso e completamente arredato, 3 ° (ultimo), 3 camere da letto / 2 bagni con ascensore nell'edificio. Guarda le onde dell'oceano dal letto king-size della suite "Sea Dolphins". La "sala nautica" ha un letto matrimoniale e la "sala sirena" ha 2 letti singoli. Tutti i letti e materassi sono nuovi e questo condominio è comodo per 6 persone. Il soggiorno è arredato con WIFI ad alta velocità e TV via cavo con lettore DVD. La cucina è perfetta per cucinare ed è dotata di tutti i NUOVI elettrodomestici, completamente fornita di pentole e ha un rubinetto dell'acqua ad osmosi inversa. Questo condominio ha il proprio sistema di filtraggio dell'acqua per tutta la casa. C'è un accesso alla spiaggia accanto all'edificio e godere di due piscine comunitarie all'aperto e campo da tennis. Situato con vista sulla spiaggia / sull'oceano e sul retro con vista sulla palude / Intracoastal, gli ospiti possono godersi un pomeriggio di birdwatching, beach combing e sport acquatici. Comodo per lo shopping, ristoranti, spa, golf, vita notturna, canottaggio, pesca, attività acquatiche e noleggio biciclette. A breve distanza in auto dai parchi di divertimento della zona, è possibile uscire e godersi le attività locali o rimanere per rilassarsi e godersi le viste tranquille. C'è un sacco di birdwatching con stormi di pellicani ogni giorno. Guarda le onde dell'oceano da vicino per vedere i baccelli dei delfini che si alzano in volo mentre prendono i loro pasti mattutini o serali. I mattinieri possono vedere l'alba sull'oceano dal balcone e non perdere le splendide viste del tramonto sulla palude dal lato ovest (ingresso) del condominio. È incluso un parcheggio coperto in cui è presente un garage privato che può contenere un'auto aggiuntiva e un deposito extra di articoli da spiaggia. Inoltre, un pass per il parcheggio per gli ospiti aggiuntivo. Se usi il garage puoi parcheggiare un totale di 3 auto. C'è anche un ripostiglio dedicato vicino al garage per un comodo accesso alle sedie a sdraio e ai giocattoli di sabbia.

We had a wonderful vacation at the condo, and Jim was an incredible host. The condo was the perfect accommodations for our family, beautiful ocean views, and couldn't be much closer to the beach. As noted, Jim also went out of his way to make sure our stay was great.We would definitely come back and stay again!

Beach Weekend

We have been using VRBO for several years and this was absolutely the very best experience for multiple reasons: 1) Location, location on the north end of Wrightsville beach within walking distance of the inlet across from Figure Eight island. Oceanfront view from balcony is spectacular and sunsets from the front door are breathtaking. 2) Jim is the most organized, communicative, professional and friendly host ever. Provided a virtual walk around upon arrival and responded promptly to any questions making sure we had everything we needed. He is a remarkable, one-of-a kind host. 3) Condo is perfectly decorated for a beach experience and efficiently organized for your stay. 4) Close proximity to great restaurants, activities for kids, shopping and water sports. Wrightsville Beach is a wonderful place and Jim ensures you experience that.

Perfect getaway.

Jim and Peggy's beach condo was perfect. It was spotless, had every amenity we needed, there was a garage and parking spot. King beds. An elevator to get to the third floor. A balcony with the clearest, closest, unobstructed view of an unbothered beach I've ever seen. Jim and Peggy were awesome, very responsive to communication. 11 out of 10. This place is amazing!

Quiet and Relaxing

Jim was very accommodating. Check in process was seamless. You can tell he takes pride in his property and wants to ensure guests have a relaxing stress free stay. From the second we arrived Jim instructed us to call him for the proper codes to garage and front door. Jim walked me through the unit to ensure we know we’re all important features were which put us at ease that we did not have to figure it out on our own!! We enjoyed the unit and cooking thanksgiving dinner there was a success. Great location on the beach. Feels very private. Being Greeted with beautiful sunrises over the water every morning made it worthwhile.

Nice unit with good view

We were visiting Wilmington to attend a wedding and several parties so we did not spend a great amount of time in the unit. It was very nice and comfortable and the ocean view and beach access were wonderful . We have stayed in many rentals throughout the country and this was the first time the owner shared explicit instructions about the condo and we had to make the beds when we arrived.

Top Notch Beach Condo on Wrightsville Beach

The location couldn’t be better. Wonderful view over the beach, at the North End. Very well furnished condo, good kitchen, comfy beds, great bathrooms. Owners have thought of just about everything. Would return again. Balcony overlooking beach has 6 nice chairs and has a bit of an overhanging roof, so that it can be enjoyed on sunny day without burning - we spent a lot of time there watching the beach. Strong dolphin theme in decorating. Garage slot has lots of beach toys for use. Owners very responsive and delightful to work with. This is an ideal beach front condo away from the crowded boardwalk area.

Absolute Perfection!!

This is seriously the best vacation rental I've ever rented. The condo is adorably decorated in a seaside theme. It was super clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. All of the beds were super comfortable. And the best part was the gorgeous ocean view from the condo. Just stunning!! The perfect vacation.

Wonderful family vacation

What a beautiful condo! Spacious, welcoming, well-appointed, and with gorgeous oceanfront views. Our family has been vacationing in Wrightsville Beach for years, and this is our new favorite place to stay.

Dolphin’s Delight

Our family ( grandparents, parents, and teens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. We ( the old folks) spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the view and the most comfortable deck furniture ever! The condo was well stocked, beautifully decorated, with many “extra touches”. We enjoyed finding all the dolphins…glass, china, wood, hand-painted, etc

Beautiful views and a quiet beach!

Gracious Hosts, Beautiful Views, Great Condo

Beautiful top floor 3bd/2ba condo with elevator, pool and walkway to the ocean. Hosts were gracious and quick to respond to any questions. Very knowledgable about the area and best restaurants. I particularly liked sitting on the covered deck drinking my morning coffee and listening to the ocean. Condo had everything you would have at home, and written instructions where needed. Enjoyed our stay very much.
