A private boat dock provides deep water access and a mini beach where guests can enjoy playing in the water, soaking up the sun, fishing, or paddleboarding. Blissful outdoor spaces await guests with expansive elevated decks accompanied by luxurious outdoor furniture and a gas tabletop fire pit. After a long day on the water, relax by soaking in the private hot tub. Bring your four-legged family member and let them run and play in the fenced-in backyard (an additional non-refundable fee of $300 per dog applies, with a maximum of two dogs allowed). Walk to the public beach access down the street or to one of Wrightsville’s many wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, or park. There is a Traeger Grill available for the guests' use.
Inside, this marvelously updated home has an open-floor plan living area with hardwood flooring throughout and windows spanning the space that allow you to soak in the coastal scenery from any vantage point. Guests will enter through the ground floor where there are two doors leading to each garage. Proceed up the stairs to the first floor where you’ll find a beautifully updated gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, Viking and Sub zero appliances, double ovens and a wet bar with a wine cooler and ice maker perfect for entertaining. Seating for six is found at the bar as well as an additional eight at the dining table. The living room is detailed by coastal chic décor, comfortable seating and custom built-ins surrounding a flat-screen Smart TV. Step onto the porch and soak in sprawling views of the channel. Located on this floor is the first bedroom which has a king sized bed, a Smart TV, and deck access to the front of the house. A hall bathroom is shared between this bedroom and the main living area.
On the second floor, you’ll find three more bedrooms. At the top of the stairs is the soundfront master suite with a king sized bed, Smart TV, private deck access with sound views, and a well-appointed ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, double vanities and walk-in shower. The second floor also has a bedroom with a queen sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, and another room with a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. A full sized washer and dryer is found in the laundry room hall closet.
On the third floor, you’ll find an open concept bonus area great for the kids to spread out. This loft area features a foosball table, games, Smart TV, and comfortable couch seating. This space also features a full bathroom, and a wet bar with sink, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Around the corner from the TV is a sleeping nook with a built-in twin over queen sized bunk bed and an additional twin bed. There is plenty of cabinet storage located beside the bunk. This open and spacious entertainment area offers the ideal space for kids to sleep and hangout. A top level deck is accessible for guests to sunbathe or enjoy a birds eye’s sunset over Banks Channel.
There are two full length garages on either side of the house which provide plenty of parking, an extra fridge, and additional storage. For entertainment, high-speed internet and 5 Smart TVs for steaming are provided.
