Splendidi giardini paesaggistici, sicurezza 24 ore su 24 e numerosi servizi per il divertimento delle vostre vacanze con piscina comunitaria fronte mare, campo da tennis, deposito biciclette, area barbecue grill al piano terra con tavoli da picnic per mangiare all'aperto.

    Questa unità ben arredata si affaccia sulla piscina con balcone sull'oceano. L'edificio ha ascensore ad ogni piano per la vostra convenienza. Lavanderia a gettoni su ogni piano. Parcheggio riservato per 2 auto.

    No animali. Vietato fumare. Occupazione: 6. Parcheggio per due veicoli.

    Il complesso Station One richiede che tutti i veicoli visualizzino un pass per il parcheggio rilasciato da HOA mentre sono parcheggiati sulla proprietà al fine di evitare citazioni. I pass sono rigorosamente applicati e limitati a due per unità di noleggio; nessuna eccezione può essere fatta. Tutte le prenotazioni richiedono pass per il parcheggio che saranno rilasciate dal front office della Station One al titolare della prenotazione al momento del check-in.

Long Weekend

This was perfect for a long weekend. I loved being oceanfront and still sit on the balcony and read even if it's a rainy day. We will absolutely stay here again.

Tricky to get into front door, a few light bulbs were out including sconces in master bath. Mold smell in master bath. Otherwise, fabulous and we hope to rent again.

Perfect Location

May was the perfect location for the family wedding in Wrightsville Beach we attended and the visiting with family in Wilmington. Of course the view and easy access to the beach made this location perfect. While the weather wasn't great being so easy to get to the beach for a short but sweet walk was easy and then back to the May to take in the wonderful view. And to be walking distance to so much was a great bonus. PERFECT LOCATION!

Wrightsville stay

The location is perfect for beach, restaurants, Wilmington. Also good for two couples. There was an issue that guest bed was terribly uncomfortable and should be replaced. It is not fun to be on vacation and not get a good night’s sleep.

Friends getaway

We loved this property. It was attractively decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used it daily. There was an oceanfront view that we enjoyed all day long. The management was accessible and responsive to an issue we had. Would definitely use again!!

Perfect vacation

This unit is close to the elevator and laundry. Directly centered above the pool, as well as very close to the beach access which is lined with shady trees. The unit was pictured and described accurately. The sliding glass doors had amazing retractable floor to ceiling shutters for privacy and morning light. The towels and linens were crisp and white, expertly laundered. Generous closet and dresser space for our belongings. The appliances were spacious and efficient (quietest dishwasher I’ve ever used). Absolutely loved that we walked through the parking lot down to restaurants like Tower 7 right on the corner. This unit is a keeper. The grounds at Tower One are impeccable.

We really enjoyed the pool and pickleball court. Loved how you could walk to shops and restaurants. The mexican restaurant Tower 7 was awesome. The Workshop across the street had great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. There was a market walking distance to grab essentials. The Oceanic just a 2 minute drive was a great place for dinner with a great atmosphere. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Just Right on Wrightsville

We enjoyed our stay and the unit had most everything we could have wanted/needed. The 'newly remodeled' part of the listing did lead us to believe the entire condo had been renovated. The kitchen and main area definitely has been, but the bathrooms could still use some updating/new fixtures. That didn't adversely affect our stay, but was not quite as expected. The ducts and registers could definitely use a good cleansing though. Mold is apparent (we realize this is a common coastal issue) and that could cause major health issues if not continually addressed. Everything else seemed clean though. The view and proximity to the water were our main priorities, and this unit definitely delivers on that!

A week at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was nicely decorated, ocean views from balcony were spectacular. The queen mattress in second bedroom needs to be replaced immediately, extremely noisy and uncomfortable. Mattress in master bedroom not as bad but also somewhat noisy. Condition of mattresses is the primary reason I would not rent this unit again. If mattresses were replaced I would not hesitate to rent this unit in the future. Kitchen is dated but well stocked. Pool was wonderful, having gas grills available on the ground floor was very convenient. Bryant Real Estate does a great job communicating with renters, information provided was accurate and complete. Condominium complex was quiet and great for families.

The decor was fantastic and the high back wingback chairs and sofa were extremely comfortable. We can’t wait to stay in this unit again. Only recommendation I would have is to add a second chair which has a back on the balcony.

The home was amazing, all the furnishings you would want - super clean, updated and comfortable. I am quite particular on the temperature, specifically that the AC can keep it quite cool, and this unit did an amazing job. I highly recommend.
