Whether its to watch the sunrise or relax on the balcony before dinner. Equally as impressive are the sunset views of the Intracoastal. Station1 is a private oasis in the heart of the island, perfectly located within walking distance to many local shops, to grab coffee or a bite to eat at your favorite restaurant. Don't forget to bring your tennis racket or pickleball paddles. If you need to take a break from catching waves you can relax poolside as well. Tired of lugging your beach chairs back and forth from the beach to the condo? Station1 has a unique area to store your beach gear for the entirety of your stay.

Inside the condo upgrades were thoughtfully curated throughout to reflect nature's beauty and the hip vibes of Wrightsville. Sleek beautiful marble countertop waterfalls spill over into a chef's kitchen stocked with stainless steel appliances including a wine cooler for those perfectly chilled beverages. Step into the master bedroom for more beautiful beach views to greet you. The master bath comes equipped with upgraded double vanities, and spa inspired shower creating a bright and serene environment.
Your family and/or friends joining you will find an equally freshly renovated vanity and spa inspired shower/bath.

A little slice of Heaven!

The property is lovely! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is second to none and the views are outstanding! Enjoyed coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise and winding down at the end of the day with the moon over the ocean! The property itself is very well maintained, safe and secure. Our family thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend to anyone looking for top notch accommodations, seamless communication, check in and out! Super convenient location

Penthouse Condo was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the beach and walking distance to several restaurants, shops and ice cream parlor. The condo itself was clean and well equipped. Would stay here again.

Vacation 2025

This was our annual summer vacation. We have stayed at Station 1 several times before, but this was the first time in this specific condo. The condo was as indicated recently renovated and was very well done including new appliances. We experienced no issues, it was extremely clean, and the owner was very responsive. I highly recommend this property and will keep it on our shortlist for the next visit.

A few days' escape from reality

Tyler's place is spotless, comfortable, and has everything that we could have wanted. The kitchen is well-appointed, the location is perfect (walk to restaurants, stroll to the beach), the patio overlooking the ocean and beach is beautiful. Tyler was always quick with a response to my questions, and was very helpful. We will return!

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautifully decorated. It is clean, comfortable and spacious with a gorgeous ocean view. The property is also centrally located so we were able to walk to a couple of our favorite spots. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool, but we did enjoy the beach and it was easily accessible from the condo. Communication with the property host was seamless. This is our new go-to condo to rent while visiting Wrightsville Beach.
