Il luogo perfetto per la famiglia e gli amici! Godetevi questo duplex di fronte all'oceano finemente arredato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e vicino a Crystal Pier. Il piano principale ha una cucina rinnovata, bagno completo e concetto aperto soggiorno e zona pranzo, tutte con vista sull'oceano. Il ponte della zona giorno ha un sacco di posti a sedere sull'oceano per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia o gustare un pasto. Anche la prima delle 2 camere da letto King si trova a questo livello. Il 2 ° piano dispone di 2 camere da letto, ognuna con il proprio bagno completo. Una di queste camere offre due letti Queen e un balcone privato per gustare il caffè del mattino o un bicchierino dopo una lunga giornata al sole. Troverete una spaziosa suite armatoriale con letto king size, bagno completo e balcone privato con ampia vista sull'oceano e sul suono. A wonderful Thanksgiving visit to Wilmington

We enjoyed the condo very much. The location and view are really wonderful. We would recommend that regular curtains be installed in the front main floor bedroom. Presently, they are shears that can be seen through at night. We wish the fireplace was available. We would definitely consider coming back.

Great location but overpriced for value

My family loved the location of this property. Unfortunately, we were faced with a number of issues with the unit that detracted from our overall stay: -Ant infestation -Sliding door was clogged with sand so could not be utilized -Wifi did not work thus TVs were virtually offline -Broken light fixture -Toilet ran continuously after every flush without manual intervention -Extra charges/fees for everything Overall, I was expecting the 5 star price point to come with 5 star quality, but felt more like an average beach rental. I understand every beach unit has its imperfections, but the issues with this unit were numerous and took time and energy away from my vacation.

Great Condo!

Location Lovely, Manager Good but VRBO Support Not

I have used VRBO for several years, and have never had a problem until now. The location of this condo is oceanfront and beautiful! Unfortunately, the condition of the condo was disappointing…two of the bathrooms had tub fixtures in need of replacement. One failed and caused a water problem that required the shut off of water to the whole unit so we had to check out one day early. The property manager was responsive, but it has been over a month, and VRBO customer support has dropped the ball in refunding the accurate amount for the last day not stayed but prepaid. In the future, I may check to see if a property has it’s own management company in place before booking through VRBO.

Lovely rental

We were visiting Wilmington for the first time to attend my son‘s wedding. We wanted to be on the beach and we could not have been more grateful for this rental. More than served our needs. Location was truly amazing. The sunrise views were breathtaking. We were also very thankful to be able to walk to a restaurant and coffee shop. We would love to return for another stay!

Excellent Views- Dreamy sunrises!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. The views were perfect- just right access to the beach and close to pier. Our property manager was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this spot for a getaway. Hope to stay here again!

Coyote at Wrightsville Beach

This is an older property on the ocean front. Just a short walk to the beach. Bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Kitchen has all the basic needs. The duplex is clean, with ample parking, and a decent view of the ocean. We did not use the supplied beach equipment or grill. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Family Beach trip

This was our first time to Wrightsville Beach. The house was just as described and everything was neat and clean when we arrived. The door code didn’t work on arrival, but the property manager was easy to reach and quickly remedied the issue (an electrical storm that swept through shortly before we arrived apparently caused the problem). The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of places for clothes, luggage, etc. The living space was plenty roomy and comfortable for our group (3 adults and 2 children). We really appreciated the beach toys, chairs and cart. There is an outside shower and hose that was conveniently located. The only thing that stops me from a 5 star rating is the location. The house is very close to a very popular public access. There’s a large public parking lot and changing rooms a stones throw away. While we didn’t expect a private beach, just be aware that it gets crowded early. We learned quickly that we needed to get down and set up our chairs before 8 am if we wanted a spot close to the house. But overall, the properly is very nice and just as pictured. We were blessed with good weather and enjoyed our time at Wrightsville Beach tremendously!

The location of the property is fantastic; right on the beach, on the south side of the island with mainly houses so beach not super crowded. The layout of the house is great and the room sizes perfect for a family of 6 adults.

Location! Location! Location!

This condo was in the perfect location. We were able to walk out onto the beach, walk to the Oceanic restaurant for dinner, and to the coffee shop across the street. It was small but clean and fully stocked. The most important gift was that we could bring our dog Ozzie… who also loved the beach.

Great location and great floor plan.

Great location. Love bedrooms with balcony. Great walkout to beach. Good outside area to sit with outside shower area and parking. Need entry steps cleaned . Initial impression is worrisome then everything else very clean. FYI the dryer vent to outside needs checking warning cones up to clean but internal dryer vent is cleaned. Also the upstairs shower handle needs replacing very difficult to turn on
