Guests of this lovely home will enjoy free access to the communal gym located in the foyer. The garage for this unit has been transformed into an indoor game room and features a foosball table, chess/checkers table, and pool table. With all this to do, you may not want to leave the home! If you do, the beach access and Johnnie Mercer’s Pier are just steps away.

Just up the stairs you will find the entry door which leads to a bright and fresh living space. The single level floor plan of this property features an open living-dining and kitchen area that leads to the covered porch. Enjoy meals at the dining room table, at the bar seating that overlooks the kitchen, or on the deck soaking in the gentle evening sea breezes. A spacious living room gives a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day and provides cozy seating for the whole family. There is a smart TV so you can log in and continue watching your favorite shows or movies.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin.
Parking: Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: No Smoking, No Pets, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Enclosed outdoor shower, Game room, Exercise room, Gas grill.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
