This home encompasses the top 2 floors of the building with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and amazing Banks Channel views. The rental has a gorgeous open-concept kitchen plus living room allowing all family members to share special moments. The deck located on this level has incredible views of the inlet. This rental comes with 2 King and 2 Queens size beds. The two master bedrooms, 1 King and 1 Queen, each include an unforgettable ocean view. There are a total of three decks that include sound and oceans views plus an open air deck. Please see below for certain regulations for deck accessibility. The home also has an open loft-style living room area with a pool table on the second floor that is perfect for relaxing. Board, bicycle, and kayak rentals are available at The Shed (a beach business right behind the house), and you will have fishing and boating on your own dock!

HOA Patio Rules:
Max number of occupancy for decks and dock are 15.
Bicycles are not allowed to be kept on decks.
No yelling at pedestrians from decks.
No trash allowed on deck.
Quiet hours are 11PM to 8AM.
