Welcome to Seaside at Columbia — your perfect oceanfront retreat. This inviting 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom duplex is as close to the water as it gets, offering panoramic ocean views and the soothing sound of waves just steps from your door.

As you arrive, you’ll find a convenient outdoor shower — ideal after a sun-soaked day on breathtaking Wrightsville Beach. Step inside to a bright, open living area featuring updated wood floors, a decorative fireplace, and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a spacious breakfast bar, and updated countertops — the perfect space for gathering with family and friends.

The first floor opens to a covered patio deck furnished with updated outdoor table/seating and coastal rockers, the perfect spot to sip coffee and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic. This level also includes two bedrooms with private en-suite baths and a half bath for guests.

Upstairs, retreat to your luxurious master suite, complete with a king-sized bed, bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and a private covered balcony to sit in rockers overlooking the breathtaking Wrightsville Beach ocean.

Outdoors, enjoy updated railings, stonework, artificial turf, and lush plantings that make the exterior as inviting as the interior. great location

we enjoyed our stay, loved the porches where we could look out onto the ocean--kitchen was well-equipped. we had 2 problems, no instructions on getting into the cottage which had more than one door and more than one key and the downstairs TV had 3 remotes but no instructions on how to locate channels. Since everyone wanted to watch Sunday football and the rental office was not open on Sunday we resorted to the upstairs TV.

Great location

Awesome location right on the beach! Only complaint would be that the neighbors kept us up past midnight a couple of the nights which is what you get when renting a duplex, but other than that it was great!!

Beautiful home in excellent location

Highly recommend this property. It was very clean and recently updated. Excellent location with spectacular views from upper and lower decks. Beds are all extremely comfortable and rooms are spacious. Beach towels and beach chairs are the only items I would suggest as needed additions.
