New Wrightsville Beach House

Influenzato in parte dalla casa di design di Coastal Living 2011, questa casa sulla spiaggia ti accoglierà dal momento in cui entri. Accenti beadboard, grandi ventilatori a soffitto, ampie finestre e mobili accoglienti offrono un'atmosfera rilassante e confortevole. L'open space al piano principale comprende una cucina, soggiorno / sala grande e sala da pranzo. Il fulcro della cucina è una grande isola, completa di sedute di preparazione e bar. Armadi personalizzati, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito offrono un luogo ideale per gustare cucina e mangiare. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con pentole, piatti e utensili. La zona giorno vanta confortevoli arredi casual, una grande tv a schermo piatto e un ampio portico coperto appena fuori. Sei sedie circondano un grande tavolo da pranzo nella sala da pranzo, ideale per mangiare, giocare a giochi da tavolo o fare un puzzle. Anche la quarta camera da letto è su questo piano; dorme 2 con due letti singoli e un bagno completo è adiacente. Tre camere da letto più spaziose offrono posti letto per 6 persone e sono tutte su un altro piano. Il maestro ha un letto matrimoniale e si apre su un ampio portico coperto. Il bagno principale include un doppio lavabo in marmo, armadi su misura, una grande doccia piastrellata in ceramica e una cabina armadio. La seconda camera da letto su questo piano dispone di un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto e il suo bagno privato con una doccia piastrelle di ceramica. La terza camera da letto su questo piano dispone di un letto queen size e di un bagno privato con combinazione doccia / vasca. Le lenzuola sono fornite. Anche su questo piano è una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Tutte le camere sono dotate di ventilatore a soffitto / lampadari. All'esterno, c'è un parcheggio per 4 auto e una doccia esterna chiusa per il risciacquo della sabbia e del sale dei giorni. Due ampie verande coperte offrono incantevoli suoni, paludi e vista sull'oceano e sono ugualmente invitanti per condividere caffè al mattino o cocktail serali. Sono forniti sedie a sdraio e teli mare, oltre a un assortimento o libri tascabili, giochi da tavolo e puzzle.

We stayed here for 5 days with two families and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, just what we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The home was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with plenty of linens, beach blankets, bathroom staples, and kitchen essentials, which made our stay so easy and stress-free. What really stood out was the hospitality of the host. We accidentally left behind some valuables, and they were kind enough to mail them back to us, refusing to accept any repayment for shipping. That kind of thoughtfulness and care is rare and truly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

PERFECTION! Hands down best rental home I’ve ever stayed in (and I’ve stayed in a lot).

We rented this house to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UNCW with family. We have stayed in many rentals in Wrightsville as well as countless other rentals across the country and this is by far our favorite. Not only is it perfectly laid out and decorated but the quality of everything is next level. We’ve come to expect that beach chairs and towels, frying pans and knives included with rentals tend to be pretty beat up and dysfunctional. Not the case in this house! Everything is at least as good if not better than what you would have in your own home. The kitchen is one of the most well stocked and organized I’ve seen with everything you could possibly need. The layout is perfect for everyone to hang out together with a huge main floor and deck while the bedrooms are spacious and quiet if you need to get away. Everyone had their own bathroom which is always a plus. The location is dreamy with the Intercoastal Waterway at your doorstep, there's even a nice little area to sit or launch your paddleboard just outside the house. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk and Robert's grocery, Jimmy's and the other bars and restaurants on the island are only a 10 minute walk down the street. Plenty of parking and a huge area under the house for rainy days. The outside shower is huge and has hot water. My parents loved the elevator and it was great for getting all the groceries up to the kitchen. I can't count how many times we said "this place is so awesome" over the weekend!

Perfect weekend getaway!

We will be back!

We loved every bit of our stay in this beautiful house over Labor Day Weekend. It is a 5 minute walk to the pier and beach and exceptionally well-stocked and organized. We appreciated the small touches, especially the baby gates in the upstairs closet, and our kids loved watching all the people and cars on the bridge from the beautiful porch. Getting back from the beach and being able to shower everyone off in the outdoor shower was fantastic. Plus, the elevator makes loading and unloading a breeze! Our communication with the hosts was quick and easy and we will absolutely be back. Thank you!

2nd Time Visiting Just As Amazing As First!

This is our second year in a row staying at the property as an extended family (6 Guests + 1 Child). We absolutely love the house and the location. The kitchen is stocked well and the open layout on the top floor has a great communal feel. The elevator is also really convenient for getting luggage/food in and out! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with friends or family.

Summer Vacation 2024

This is what we consider a perfect home. It's just that a place that feels like home. It is restful, clean, well appointed and steps away from all activities one might want for an island stay. We come back every year as we have grown to love not only the location but above all the home itself. It is a breath of fresh air simply open the door!

Beautiful Beach Home

My husband, me and his 3 sisters spent a wonderful family get together at this beautiful beach home. Our son and his family just recently moved to Wilmington and they would come over for the beach and dinner. You do not need anything at this home. Think of a kitchen utensil, it’s there. The home is spacious, beautiful and everyone had their own bath. We spent many mornings and evenings chatting on the covered porch. Not even Idalia could take away from thus fantastic vacation. My husband said “ this is the first time I don’t want to go home from vacation”. The kitchen, dining, living areas were spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and towels, for the bathrooms and beach. Having the elevator for luggage and groceries .. a very big bonus!! We can’t wait to go back to this very beautiful home. We all decided this is going to become an annual event. Thank you Stetson family for sharing your wonderful beach home with us. The Porter Clan

Amazing property

This property was beyond amazing, in its layout and how practical and beautiful it was. As a family with 2 young adult kids, we appreciate space and a fully functional and elegant kitchen and living room. Terraces with a nice view and a location allowing us to walk 5 minutes to the beach. We will definitely come back.

Great House

The house was so well equipped. Everything we could have wanted was there.(except a ladle) The location wasn’t great for us since the rest of our family was at the South end of the beach but it worked. We really enjoyed our week.

Beautiful, well appointed beach house

This beautiful home is across the street and one block south of Johnnie Mercer Pier. Just as impressive, it is literally steps away from public access to the brackish water of the channel. Everything is flat in Wrightsville Beach, so it’s an easy walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, flatware, glassware, and cookware. Previous renters and the owners also left behind a full spice rack including sugar, flour, salt, and pepper. There was even olive oil and cooking spray. House had plenty of sleeping options for our family of 5. It was hot as blazes and the inside of the house remained nice & cool. It would be nice to have outdoor ceiling fans on the roomy porches because it was too hot to sit outside until well after dark. Only had two issues with the rental, and both times the owners were responsive and understanding. The first issue was VRBO’s fault. We never received a reminder for our second payment and the amount was not automatically deducted from our credit card on file. We paid it manually by calling the toll free VRBO number. The owners were gracious not to cancel our rental. The second minor problem was that the cleaning service failed to show up before our arrival. The owner called us and apologized. Their daughter, son in law, and cleaning lady showed up promptly and cleaned the house top to bottom. The owner refunded our cleaning fee so things worked out well. We will definitely book this home again. Fantastic location!

Jackpot!!

Rent VRBO's all the time and this was the nicest one ever. Beautiful and comfortable house, well stocked kitchen (you will not need to buy any spices), stellar view, loads of parking and quick easy access to both ocean and sound. Even though this is the busy area of Wrightsville Beach, you are tucked back and don't feel overwhelmed with people and cars. We actually liked being in the center of it all. Could bike or walk to everything. Quick access to the bridges to go to Mayfaire and downtown Wilmington. Would absolutely stay here again!
