Two dedicated parking spaces in front of the house.

Additional parking space behind the house under the back deck.

Extra vehicles must use paid public parking.

Access the home with a keyless entry! Smart lock with a unique code given for each guest.

*Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking* (*This does not apply to HVMB guests.*)

You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 25 years old. If your group is unrelated, the average age must not be less than 25 years old

- No smoking in or on-premise.



We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.



Please note the cleaning fee includes towels and linens rental fee and bed making!
