“Someone entered our room in the middle of the night! They claimed to be housekeeping - it was midnight! We told staff when we checked out and they said a manager would call me. No one has called. I called on Tuesday to follow up and still haven’t heard from anyone. We were traveling with small kids who were super scared and had a hard time going back to sleep. “This was by far one of the best stays we had at the beach. The room and property looked almost new and so so clean. The pool area was amazing, fenced in and you could always see a member of the staff come in and ask if anything was needed.
