The Space:
The apartment was designed with comfort and aesthetics in mind, combining loft accents with modern finishes. A large window lets in natural light that brightens the interior and promotes relaxation during the day. A brick wall adds character to the space, while a warm color scheme and carefully selected lighting create a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. In the focal point of the apartment is a large, comfortable double bed with soft linens, guaranteeing a peaceful and restorative sleep. Next to it is set a countertop with chairs, which will prove useful both as a place to eat meals and work at the computer. The whole is complemented by access to high-speed WiFi and a Smart TV, allowing you to relax in the evening with your favorite content. The fully-equipped kitchenette offers an induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle and coffee maker - allowing you to prepare meals without leaving the apartment. The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, a convenient sink with a cabinet and mirror, a washing machine, a hair dryer, a set of towels and a set of toiletries - everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The apartment is an ideal space for couples, business travelers or solo travelers - anyone who appreciates comfort, style and an excellent location.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located on Walońska Street in the Olawa Suburb, in a quiet and green part of Wroclaw. It overlooks the surrounding greenery, which creates a pleasant background for daily recreation. At a distance of about 15 minutes walk are located recreational areas on the Oława River and the Park on Low Meadows - an ideal place for a walk, jogging or a moment of relaxation. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous grocery stores, bakeries, service outlets, as well as restaurants offering a variety of cuisine. A few minutes' walk away are public transportation stops, from which running lines provide convenient connections to the center and other parts of the city. An additional form of transportation is the city bike station, also available in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is well connected with the key points of Wroclaw. The Old Town with the Market Square and the historic Town Hall can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. In a similar amount of time you will reach Panorama Raclawicka, the National Museum or the Zoological Garden. This is an excellent location for those looking for a quiet place with convenient access to the center and the biggest attractions of Wroclaw.

Perfect studio stay. Functional enough kitchen, great shower, and overall aesthetically pleasing place to stay. Very conveniently located to grocery and pharmacy options, and only a 20-30 minute walk from town Rynek. Fantastic price as well. Strongly recommend staying here.
