お部屋が綺麗で清潔が保たれていました。 移動の都合で早11：00に着いてしまったのですが、早めにチェックインさせてくれて助かりました。 本来チャックインは15：00位からなのでしょうが12：00前に部屋に入れました。

Expediaの予約画面では「2名の朝食を含む」とありましたが、実際には1名分であり、抗議にも覆りませんでした。 些細なことですが、次回より他の手段を考えたいと思います。

Nice location, convinient and good food
Easy to access downtown, convinient health club and good restaurant. I will suggest this hotel to my co-workers if they needed to book hotel while business trip.

Big disappointment, please stay elsewhere
- Room was dated and not 100% clean. - Room service was disappointing. - The property is located in the middle of nowhere with a construction site next to it. - No warm welcome at check-on. - Concierge don't have solid info about the East Lake ('just tell the driver you want to go to East Lake, they all know where it is.'). - Ladies who work at the lounge are the only thing that was nice about my stay, but it's not good enough. Food at lounge was lukewarm, unrecognisable with heavy sauce, and lack of vegetarian option. I am a loyal customer of Renaissance but this one really let me down.

I have requested a non-smoking room in my reservation but it turns up they have only smoking room for me. The manager do not offer any compensation or helps to solve the issue. Breakfast is good. Hotel already passed it good days and need renovations. Good location. They need to improve the hospitality

一切都好但睡得不舒服
枕頭太軟, 冷氣不能自調, 盖上被子太熱, 不盖又涼, 睡得很不舒服. 其他一切都很好, 旺中帶靜, 位置也不錯, 找出租車很方便, 步行5分鐘到地鐵站. 旁邊有超市有按摩店.

Nice B’fast, nice room crevice， good location. Porter asked for tip, it’s not common in China. Room is quite dry and hot, you can’t adjust the air conditioner or open the window.

Decent but aged hotel with huge rooms
The hotel feels a little aged,but makes up by having huge rooms and huge bathrooms. The staffs are also very friendly, I even got a birthday cake sent to my room by the hotel which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is also about 3 blocks away from the subway station, so not bad. The hotel is also close to the DongHu lake and its parks, great escape for summer!

We had a great stay in the hotel and a wonderful experience in Wuhan. I recommend staying in this hotel 3 or more nights in order to enjoy all the city can offer you as a tourist.

立地が良く、ホテル周辺に歩いて行けるレストランやスーパーがあり便利であった。夜も周辺は明るく治安が良い印象であった。部屋にはバスタブが付いていて良かった。

정람 만족스러운 숙박시설
호텔 종업원들의 친절함이 정말 좋았습니다. 중국현지이지만 모든 호텔내의 근무원들께서는 영어가 가능하였고 심지어 입구 차량에 들어올때부터 안내하시던 분이 영어가 가능하여 마지막날 공항가던날 택시기사에게 중국어로 우리가 가야할곳에 대해서 중국어로 말씀해 주셨습니다. 위치도 너무좋아 주변에 큰 마트가 있었고 쉽게 찾아가서 물건도 살수 있었습니다. 그리고 식당가도 걸어서 5분이내에 있어서 현지 음식을 찾아서 사먹기가 너무 편리 했습니나. 아울러 신세계백화점 같은 쇼핑시설도 가까이 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 호텔내 식당도 아주 훌륭해서 음식에 대해서도 만족할수 있었고 서비서도 너무 좋았습니다. 클럽라운지 계신분들의 친절함에 감동도 받았습니다 4박 5일 있는동안 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈던것 같습니다.

空港からタクシーで40分ぐらい。非常にアクセスの良いところ。周りは公園がありとても静かな場所。ホテルの状態はGOOD。夏場で非常に暑かったが、冷房が効いており気持ち良い。費用も武漢としては高めだが非常にリーズナブルな値段。
