“The hotel has a convenient location, and most of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and willing to help whenever needed. However, the room felt quite dated, and the lighting inside was rather dim. Since it was very humid during the summer, I was surprised that there was no dehumidifier in the room. Unfortunately, I noticed some mold spots on the pillowcase, which was disappointing and raised concerns about cleanliness.”

“Conveniently located across the street from the light rail station. Loved the laundry facilities and buffet breakfast. Minus one star for wheelchair accessibility, but the staff at the door was kind enough to lift my dad and the wheelchair up the steps. Also, WiFi was extremely slow in during the day and evening; could be an issue for anyone considering remote work. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel!”
