Welcome to our bright and cozy 3-room apartment in a quiet apartment building (2nd floor, no elevator). Netflix is available for your entertainment. Shopping options are right across the street, there’s a bus stop in front of the building, and free parking is available.
The Wuppertal-Langerfeld train station is about a 5-minute walk away. The A46 highway is about 5 minutes away, and the A1 is about 3 minutes away.
Düsseldorf, Cologne, and Essen are all easily accessible in about 35 minutes.
We rent out a well-maintained, quiet vacation apartment and place a high value on order, cleanliness, and clear rules.
Guests have access to the entire apartment. This includes: living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, drying room (attic), and—by arrangement and subject to availability—the garden.
Locked storage rooms, private closets, and utility areas are not accessible.
Use is limited exclusively to the registered number of guests.
The apartment may NOT be used for parties, events, or to accommodate additional overnight guests.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building (no elevator).
The property is situated on a main street. Despite modern soundproof windows, traffic noise may occasionally be heard.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment.
The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.
