There are two sleeping areas: a double bed with an open foot of the bed in the bedroom, and a small double sofa bed in the living room. Both can be darkened. This is handy when the kids go to bed earlier than the adults. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, and dishwasher; the bathroom has a shower. A crib, high chair, and outlet covers are provided; you’ll share the washer and dryer with the other guests at the complex.

If you’d like to sit outside, you can quickly head to the beach: it’s one kilometer to Watt’n Bad. Restaurants and shopping are right next to the house. A parking space is included with the apartment, and there’s an electric charging station on the property. You can walk to the fishing harbor and the Obereversand lighthouse.
