people and offers 85 square meters of living space spread over two floors. On the
first floor, there is a living-dining room with a sofa arrangement and a wood-burning stove,
as well as a fully equipped, open kitchen with a dishwasher, a
bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
On the upper floor are the master bedroom with a double bed, another
bedroom with twin beds, and an additional restroom.
The entire house has tile and laminate flooring and is centrally heated by
a gas condensing boiler.
