Welcome to the Rosen Ferienhaus on the North Sea. Located between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven (near Duhnen / Sahlenburg) in Dorum-Neufeld, this vacation home is wheelchair-accessible and handicapped-accessible, situated in an idyllic vacation area along the dike. Upon request, we can provide an XL shower chair (up to 175 kg) or an XXL shower chair (up to 250 kg) and an adjustable patient lift (up to 150 kg). If you need a larger patient lift, we can arrange for one. Family caregivers will also find the much-needed peace and relaxation they need here. The home features 2 nursing beds in 2 bedrooms accommodating 1–4 people, with 65 m² of living space on one level, all invitingly furnished. The spacious living rooms are equipped with an LED TV and radio and offer a comfortable living environment. The bright, welcoming kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, toaster, blender, microwave, coffee maker, and one-handed tray. For guests who are shorter in stature, a portable footstool (10 cm high) is available. Wi-Fi is optional in the house. There is a second TV in the bedroom. A washing machine is also available. No smoking. Children are welcome guests!
