“I paid Expedia 218.33 and was to owe 20 at property. At property I was charged 90.35 twice. Expedia did refund me 84.65 on 7-10-26. So I was over charged by Expedia. Hotel did not receive their payment from Expedia. Wondering why this has not been taken care of.”

“Friendly, attentive staff; comfortable and clean room (I just wish in-room coffee was a better quality: it's drinkable but...).. However, this isn't a criticism of this hotel; it seems to be true for nearly ALL hotels (including some pretty pricey, "higher end" hotels). Nicely equipped with microwave and minifridge; the TV remote and TV were easy to operate, plenty of hot water for the walk in shower; my floor was very quiet (there seemed to be plenty of people staying there for a Monday...

“Stay was fine. Room was clean, staff was helpful. The only issue I had was the walls are so thin, I could hear the normal level conversation that was happening in the room next to me. Also made it difficult to sleep because of all the noise throughout the night with doors shutting and regular hallway conversation.”
