    The vacation apartment, featuring a south-facing balcony with a partial ocean view at Sandwall 60, Apartment No. 3.2, is located one block from the ocean and the beautiful Wyk beach promenade. Through the treetops of the surrounding chestnut trees, you’ll enjoy a partial view of the ocean. The apartment measures approximately 50 square meters, divided into three rooms on the third floor of an apartment building. The bright, open, and modern spaces invite you to enjoy a wonderful vacation. Renovated with attention to detail and great care, your vacation truly begins in this apartment and location.
    In the cozy LIVING ROOM with DINING AREA and KITCHEN, you can relax on a two-seater couch and wind down the evening in front of the TV.
    The KITCHENETTE, featuring a 4-burner stove, a combination oven and microwave, and a dishwasher, is perfect for cooking. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. The BEDROOM is equipped with a great double bed (1.80 x 2 m), a spacious built-in closet, and a second TV. The CHILDREN’S ROOM or second BEDROOM features a cozy bed (0.9 x 2 m) and also offers a limited view of the sea.
    The entire apartment features real oak hardwood flooring. In the courtyard, there is a parking space (No. 14) assigned to the apartment, which is available for your use.

Wir haben in einem sehr schönen und modern eingerichteten Appartement gewohnt und konnten uns gut erholen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand, Einkaufszone und zu Lokalitäten. Wyk bietet eine Menge Abwechslung und die Menschen um uns herum waren alle sehr freundlich! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Moderne Wohnung, tolle Lage (zentrums-und strandnah), allerdings eher für 2, als für 3 Leute zu empfehlen. Bei 14 Tagen zu dritt ist es etwas umständlich, weil einfach Staurraum fehlt

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super - zentral, nah zum Strand und doch ruhig. Auch die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist gut und sehr geschmackvoll. In der obersten Etage unter dem Flachdach war es uns allerdings zu warm, insbesondere abends/nachts, wenn wir wegen der Mückenplage die Fenster geschlossen halten mussten. Im Wohnzimmer haben wir Sonnenschutz an den Fenstern vermisst. Für einen Herbsturlaub würden wir die Wohnung wieder nehmen.
