This gorgeous 3-room vacation apartment (1st floor) in a prime location on Wyk’s South Beach leaves nothing to be desired. Situated right on the beachfront, this non-smoking apartment spans approximately 80 m². From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a fabulous view of the neighboring islands and the sea. The spacious living room, featuring an open, luxurious kitchen, a dining table with four chairs, and a comfortable leather sofa with two armchairs, invites you to linger—not just when the weather is bad.
Bedroom 1, featuring a double bed, TV, and closet, offers a sea view; Bedroom 2 features a double bed, TV, closet, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The second bathroom includes a shower/toilet and a washing machine.
The large balcony is shared with the neighbors. It is furnished with patio furniture during the warmer months.
You’ll find a parking space in the courtyard behind the house (the parking spot in the middle). Free Wi-Fi.
The beach is about 10 meters away, the wave pool is about a 5-minute walk, and the town center is about a 10–15-minute walk.

The apartment is located directly behind the surf and sailing school and the adjacent restaurant. In the summer, beach parties with live music are held here regularly.
