Hotel a Wynyard

“Better than expected. Don’t write off these hotels. Way nicer than many upmarket properties out there.”

“New parking system is horrible.”

“Lovely stay - fast check in, great lunch in the restaurant and an even better breakfast was had. We got a b&b deal through Expedia which included a full continental breakfast for starters and then a hot meal. I had eggs Benedict and my husband had the full English. Very nice setting and outlook. Only downside is that the room gets very hot - had to use the fan all night. And then there were some noisy occupants above us who decided to put tv on around 2am!!”

“The hotel was just what we wanted for an overnight stay.our room was on the top floor, spotlessly clean, comfy bed and breakfast was lovely, set us up for the day. Thank you”

“The hotel is just in front of the beach, which is good. Unfortunately the hotel is old, the rooms and bathrooms need to be refreshed. I was there in the beginning of June, and the room was humid and I freezed all night long. Not a pleaseant stay.”

“Hotel pulito, un po' rumoroso (aria condizionata + pavimenti scricchiolanti,). Posizione davvero in mezzo al nulla ma vicino all'autostrada. Consiglio solo se si é di passaggio. Colazione buona.”

“This is a mixed review. From the pictures given on expedia you are expecting a large hotel. It is not, it is a terraced house with multiple rooms in a run down area but having said that, the host was lovely, the property although needs work, is clean and tidy and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the tea/coffee and biscuits were a very nice addition. It has a large smart TV which has a great reception. I was pleasantly surprised”

“Very noisy room. I couldn't get to sleep. Ask to move at 1230am to quiet room but they couldn't move us. Breakfast poor too. Noise of traffic, police cars and drunken people.”

“Beautiful grounds with lovely views of the wildlife in and around the lake. Very peaceful.”

“probably the worst experience in my long story of Hotels bookings. ”

“Location perfect for our day at the races. Staff all very friendly. Food in restaurant amazing. Bed not the comfiest but I do have a bad back. Room small but love the old style decor. Gave it character. Bathroom small.”

“Lovely staff, friendly people. Huge carpark, reasonably priced bar. Comfy bed, loads of hot water and an actual bath! Close to town but lots of green around the hotel. Always first choice to stay here when we're visiting family in Boro”

“Great breakfast!”

“The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, nice warm welcome. This hotel is lovely, unfortunately the owners don’t appear to want to spend any money maintaining the building. The rooms are clean but cracked floor tiles in the bathroom, ceiling damaged and not repaired properly or repainted. The beds are comfortable and linen is spotless.”

“Good size bedroom, excellent breakfast, great staff”
