“Very bad experience in this hotel no Hand wash in washroom No shampoo in washroom also tissue not available washroom and room stuff very lazy no one pick call tea and water not available in room”

“Worst experience ever, the staff was very unprofessional, I booked my hotel room before I checked and they told me my booking has been cancelled. I I’ve waited for more than four hours and in the end they cancelled my booking which was already done two months prior.”

“Very very poor standard, with damp walls that were flaking, 90% lights that did not work, no hot water in sink for shaving, exposed sockets, only 1 towel poor breakfast etc etc far too many to list. I have taken photographs as well as a video, which i will happily share”

“Didn't get the room ”

“Asked for non smoking room but they put me in smoking room with ashtray in it. Woke me up in middle of night at 4 am moving tables on first floor complained to receptionist, replied we are setting up tables for breakfast. Spider 🕷️ was running around on floor. Lots of noise coming from restaurant. Breakfast: left over from last night, stale bread, not covered.”
