“The room and the people there were excellent from start to finish. Check-in was simple with a reception who spoke fluent English which made it easier for a tourist like myself. The room itself was flish with modern amentities and felt like a high levek Western hotel, incredibly comfortable bed (for those who prefer a softish mattress) and tv with cable channels. “フロントのスタッフがとても親切であった。お部屋も綺麗な大きい部屋に案内してくれました。お部屋にシャンプーとトリートメントが無かったのが残念とバスタブがあったお部屋だともっと良かったと思います。朝食は無料でブッフェで色々な物が食べれたのがとても良かったです。1週間の滞在でしたがとても有意義な滞在でした。ありがとうございました。”

“The breakfast was same each day and shower glass door is safety issue very tight to get in and out of shower . my bedsheets or towels wasn't changed in two weeks l stayed. No WiFi in bedroom which l told staff at desk on many occasions but nothing was done to solve the WiFi. Positive was size of room was good. No hair dryer few days is ok to stay at hotel but the shower door needs urgent changed before someone gets Hurt badly. ”

“This is a train still operating on coals - lots of attention and maintenance in rooms are needed. The daily room service is done only when you ask for it. Unclean hot water [tanks to be replaced]. Pollution is even indoor.”
