The La Marina I and II complex consists of two blocks of seven storeys, with a large garden area surrounding the swimming pool and covered parking spaces. Located at the Southern end, 65 m from the beach, 50 metres from a sports area and 70 metres from a grove with swings for the youngest.



Apartment with three bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, one single bedroom and the third bedroom with 2 single beds, one full bathroom, a toilet-shower, a spacious and central living-dining room, independent kitchen with gallery-laundry and a large front east-facing terrace with fabulous views of the swimming pool, some of them with sea views. Includes covered garage space.



Capacity 6 people.

YOUNG GROUP NOT ACCEPTED (ages under thirty).

NO PETS ALLOWED.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, mixer, toaster or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!



Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.



The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).



Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, for its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
