“Excellent ”

“Staff all of them were overly courteous and a very positive and went out of the way to help. English is no barrier as today the phone does instant translation and was used frequently in the hotel and during our 3 night stay in Xiamen. Room and bathroom was very clean and staff responded to any of our requests so positively. The free breakfast was a mix of Western and Fujian food which we enjoyed thoroughly”

“Lovely hotel, and great position. However Wifi was not good if you need to work using the usualy Western programs. My Room, although non smoking had a stale smoke smell to it, and even though the room had A/C, the temperature was set centrally, and you could not adjust it on a room by room basis! ”

“The front desk staff were all very helpful and kind. Not having a cellphone or the English/Chinese language, we still managed to communicate effectively. ”

“This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in. The lobby and restaurant area is hugged by the water with islands scattered and shrouded in fogs. Room is spacious and exquisitely decorated. Breakfast contains copious western and Chinese selections. ”
