“The staff was excellent and went out of their way to make our stay great. Especially Jennifer Zhang and Mandy Wang. The way they helped me I assumed they were managers. But, found out they are not, but they sure should be. ”

“If you have to take a train to Xianbei (Xi’an north international railway) this hotel is the best. Beautiful and is just to 10 minutes by car to the station”

“Very well connected, room spacious, comfortable and clean, good breakfast, mostly chinese style. The staff is kind, but, apart from the manager Wendy (thanks for helping us with the taxi to the terracotta army!) they don't speak english. This needs an improvement”

“位置優越，旺中帶靜，徒步可到鐘樓、鼓樓及回民街；附近有不同價位的食肆，樓下就有Starbucks，不同方向多走個幾十步就有瑞幸咖啡店。 入住時負責職員態度非常好，處理也很快速，其餘遇到的職員，也是笑容滿面的。 房間的間隔是有點特別，動線不太方便，但整體是舒適整潔的。我去的時嘅還是供暖季節，也沒有覺得太侷促。往戶外的門還配有防蟲網，開著門也不怕有蚊蟲進入室內。 另外，叫外賣的話，是有機械人送到房門口的喔！”
