“The staff in this hotel are very helpful, especially the staff who helped with our luggage.”

“This hotel chain is going to be sued for fraud if they don't remove "executive room" as a booking option. There are no benefits except for 4 cans of warm drinks in the mini fridge. No club, no breakfast, no benefits. Supposedly the executive rooms are "newer" but were indistinguishable from what I would have expected from any hotel room in 2026. Maybe you do yourself sir!!!!! No! Aren’t any! I’ve never been anywhere in the world where this is an issue. It took 2 hours! Restaurant - clueless. It took an hour for them to realise we might be in the restaurant for food! I wish I was joking. Literally no idea why we might be there! Other hotel amenities are extortionate...
