Hotel vicino a Xinchang Ancient Town - Shanghai

“Spacious rooms, clean amenities and located near the airport!”

“The hotel is in a great and safe area. The staff were more than helpful, Cecilia was one of the front desk staff that understood and spoke English without having to use a translator. Noashebell that hotel shuttle bus driver was friendly and helpful. Menu Ran Li went out her way to make sure our stay was exciting and comfortable. All the others played a role but those are a few names I got. The maids cleaned everyday with or without us in the room. Clean towels everyday, toothbrush, toothpaste,...

“Good overall experience, great to see a little convenience store, awesome shuttle to Disney.”

“Very good!”

“Great place!!”

“Was great and close to Shanghai Disney”

“The hotel is very nice. However, the experience was let down by some of the staff. On arrival, the bell boy was most helpful with unloading our bags. However, the reception lady was clueless. Even though she quickly found my prepaid booking in the system, she went through screen after screen, clicking away merrily without explaining what she was doing. There were two other staff who walked by from time to time, looked over her shoulder and then walked away. A queue of guests behind us grew...

“The property was very clean and the staff very helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant is very nice and the breakfast they served was very fresh with variety of choices. The hotel is located very close to the main street and the market. The only bad experience we had was with a masseuse, who was not really a part of the staff. She was a contractor. She was in a rush, very rude, disrespectful and offensive. She also was not receptive to...

“The curtains and the carpets were dirty! The room smelled like a wet dog. It's located in the middle of nowhere and the local taxi companies could not locate this location. They do not the main line after calling them to verify their address or ask follow up questions. They advertise it as a resort but it is not one at all. The elevator doesn't work as advertised. They are not bilingual and refuse to use translation apps. The staff is rude and their attitude is nasty! Pack a portable iron...

“Staff was extremely hospitable and kind. The place was near Shanghai Disneyland and the airport. The place was beautiful and clean. I would definitely go back and stay here. Very affordable!”

“una notte sola ma e' stato sufficiente per non tornare...., nessuno che parlava in inglese, nessun servizio per i bagagli, aria condizionata non funzionante.....chi ne ha più ne metta....”
