Le Perrus Chalet with a spa and sauna, 200 meters from the lake

Le Perrus is a magnificent, new, high-end DécoBois chalet located in Xonrupt-Longemer, 200 meters from Lake Longemer and all its water sports activities. Hiking trails and inns await you just around the corner from the chalet. The downhill ski slopes of La Bresse are 10 minutes away, and the cross-country ski trails are 12 minutes away. The town of Gérardmer is a 5-minute drive away, where you’ll find numerous shops, restaurants, and its large lake.<br>The chalet spans three levels, with a pleasant and very bright living area on the first floor. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee maker, a living room with a smart TV and a Netflix subscription, and a dining room where you can enjoy the pellet stove!<br><br>Just above this space with its cathedral ceiling is the mezzanine, featuring a foosball table, games and toys, and a sofa for both kids and adults.<br><br>From the living area, you’ll step out onto the suspended wooden deck, which spans over 60m² and is partially covered. You’ll enjoy a great barbecue and lounge chairs to relax on this deck, which overlooks the Vosges forests on two sides of the chalet.<br><br>As for sleeping arrangements, you’ll find a first bedroom on the first floor with a 160-cm double bed and access to the terrace; on the mezzanine level: a second bedroom with a 160-cm double bed, access to the terrace, and a third family bedroom with a 160 cm double bed (which can be split into two 80 cm single beds) and two 90 cm single bunk beds. For your comfort, each bedroom is equipped with high-quality bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep, a smart TV with Netflix, a bathroom with a hair dryer, a room thermostat, electric blackout roller shades, and hardwood floors.<br><br>On the first floor, you’ll love the wellness area, featuring an indoor sauna with a window overlooking the mountains (complete with a blackout roller shutter for your privacy) and a 7-person spa located on the second terrace. A shower and two armchairs are available in the room for you to relax....<br><br>Please note: the parking lot provides access to the ground-floor terrace via a ramp, so guests with limited mobility are welcome at Le Perrus!<br><br>You can park in one of the four parking spaces and store your bikes and skis in the storage room adjacent to the lower first floor entrance.<br><br>Miscellaneous information: laundry room with washer-dryer, two restrooms: one on the first floor and one on the lower first floor.<br><br>A high chair and a crib are available for toddlers.<br><br>The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linens and towels for your stay, a final cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating, and electricity (with reasonable and moderate usage)
