“The first impression that I have when checking in is the cleanliness. Bedsheet is filled with hairs from previous guests, and room has ants. "Our stay at TTC Imperial Hotel was imperiously good. So far it's the best we had in Vietnam. The location is very strategical, both to access the Imperial City and the night walking street. The room was huge and comfy, the bed was perfect and the view from the windows...amazing. Everything was clean as you would expect from a 5 stars hotel. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We were helped a lot by Mr. Van Duc in organizing our trip to the tombs, and he was, together with the all staff, always welcoming and smiling. "
