“Clean room, clean gym, convenient location ”

“Right next door to exhibition Center which is great. It’s a typical chinese 5 star hotel with 3 star level of service. The gym had one recumbent exercise bike that didn’t work with no upright bikes. The pool was full of kids having a swimming lesson when I wanted a swim after a long day. Room very nice though. ”

“This hotel is classified as a non smoking hotel. But people smoke EVERYWHERE inside - this is sub standard and a health and safety issue. ”

“AC was terrible. Sadly the staff are not happy and as a consequence don't show the normal attitude you see at every other Crowne Plaza ”
