“We stayed at Cape Serenity to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday and had kids under 4, teens, 20’s,50’s and an 80 yr old. This was the perfect property for that. We had the young kids and their parents in the main house and the rest of us had our own suites in the 2nd building. It couldn’t have worked out better. We all had privacy when we needed it and used the fabulous pool area when we were all together. No one ever felt like anyone was “in their space”. The area by the pool was outstanding...

“Really nice villa. Ideal for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle. We had a hire car which I would recommend . In the car you are at a choice of lovely beaches in 5 minutes. Villa its self is a beautiful design. Interior it's a little bit sparce and could do with a few additions to make a wow setting . Really enjoyed it. ”

“The property was a 10 minute walk from a small town area but definitely not the most touristy area. There were supermarkets and restaurants and we had some excellent meals out. The beaches nearby were small and incredibly busy from very early so we went further afield. Ayia Napa was only a 20 minute drive with fabulous beaches,shopping, restaurants and a water park. We had some issues with the water supply in the villa which were frustrating and the outside area was quite small but it was clean...

“A lovely villa, nicely tucked away but not far from everything either, expecially if you hire a car which i would highly recommend as cheaper than taxis and makes exploring the island much easier. It is near a construction site so can get noisy first thing in the morning but okay for us as we were early risers and the beds were really comfy which made up for it! “Vi är nöjd med allt, mycket bra planlösning på huset som passade vår familj, om vi behövde något så fixade värden det, poolen var uppvärmd, gott om plats både inne och ute, vi lagade mycket mat i huset, bra med köksutrustning både till vuxna och barn, bra att ett sovrum var på nedre plan. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta.”

“As a family of four this Villa hit all of our buttons and did disappoint. It was the perfect size and had wonderful amenities that made our stay a wonderful experience. The place was very well maintained. The only negative would be finding the villa per the directions - they state it’s in Complex A but there’s no such thing as this and it’s actually Phase 1. But apart from that mishap we had a wonderful time and everything was close by in terms of beaches and restaurants.”

“Ankomst til stedet gik fint. Da vi lukker os ind, som foregik nemt, virkede huset slidt og ikke vedligeholdt, svømmepoolen var halvtom for vand og lyset virkede ikke flere steder. Dette gjorde vi udlejerne opmærksom på, og med det samme fik vi et nyt hus som var i meget bedre stand. Poolen manglede dog også vand, men det ordnede de med det samme, hvilket egentlig var så dejligt st vi hurtigt glemte den lidt dårlige oplevelse vi startede med.
