“Great ocean views with a short walk to the beach! House itself needed updates. The master bed was horrible so we had to sleep in a different bed. The oven had issues with heating to temperature. Overall, cozy and comfortable with a cute mermaid theme. The house was quiet and not too close to neighbors. Best for families with young kids as there were only 2 real bedrooms, with 3 beds tucked into alcoves. Only one shower in 3 bathrooms. Hot tub was great!!”

“Beautiful modernized cabin in a wooded setting with ocean views. The cabin is off a main road and there is a neighboring property, however, road noise is faint and the cabin is set lower so the majority of views are only of trees and ocean. There is a path down to the beach. Second time we’ve stayed here and once again enjoyed it very much.”

I noticed the carpet in the living room was pretty dirty and needs a good cleaning. On the dock … I noticed it needs some TLC regards the boat tie-downs (cleats). The ones on the down river end are unsecured and pulling away from the dock deck. A larger (and smarter) TV in the bedroom would be really nice.
