The AC was not working properly. The night desk clerk on our first night was unclear when giving us directions. I had to ask him a few times to repeat himself, and he became annoyed.

Breakfast was waffles only, & they ran out of batter before 9AM, No butter, etc., just syrup. Coffee, apple juice & orange juice. Not very pleasant to wake up too, my expectations were definitely higher!

A little run down, we had a very small room. Not enough towels and 1 was dirty. Had problems at check-in. Reserved and paid for the room on Expedia, had a receipt and the guy at the desk tried to tell me the card was declined. He basically tried to double charge me for the room.

Nothing like a long day of travel and arriving at the most antiquated hotel still on planet earth. Man I’d just love to have a shower after drive. SONK here’s a gigantic jacuzzi tub that someone probably drowned in. I stayed for 2 hours and kept truckin 👎👎

Check in process was the longest I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Receptionist was also not very friendly at all.

The ice machines were broken. The cold water in the room was warm- hotter than lukewarm. The front desk kept telling us to let it run, but we did and it never got cooler. When we asked for some cold water, we were told we could buy room temperature water for $1. Not good service or room for the cost.

Bad stay
Bad from the start. Desk clerk couldn’t hardly speak English, rude. I booked a room, online, that would sleep up to 5 people. Tiny room that 4 small people would have had trouble in. I called the desk to ask about it & he tried to charge extra for a rollaway bed. After going through hell trying to communicate with this guy he finally brought up a rollaway bed. It wouldn’t fit in the room so I had to sleep on it only half unfolded. The bathroom had filthy walls and doors. This was to be a two night stay but we we were heading back to the hotel my family said they couldn’t do it again so I called and told the clerk we weren’t staying, then drove home, a 2.5 hour drive. We will never stay here or at a Dsys inn even again

The whole Hotel smelled of smoke. Housekeeping replaced towels, but didn't even straighten up the bed or rest of the room. Breakfast consisted of granola bars and rice krispy bars. some coffee. thats it.

Bad Choices
When I checked in, they sent me to a hot room the walls were yellow with nicotine and streak of it that had run down the walls. The smell was terrible and my eyes turned red and tears run down my cheeks. The bed was a very thin mattress very low to the floor, TV did not work and show enclosure was yellow tinted from smoke. I called the front, to tell them of the problems, they said someone would be right there. I waited for over 30 minutes before I went back to the front desk and informed them that there was a mistake, that I needed non-smoking room. The clerk looked it up and said "nope, that is what you booked". I said I am sorry, but I must have done it by mistake. He said "that is what you booked and that is what you got" Again, I asked to be moved to a non smoker room. He keep repeating the same thing over and over. I said I don't care, I can not sleep in that room, don't you have others, I will pay again to rent one if needed. After telling me I already had a room, I finally convinced him, I was not leaving and to call someone. After a lengthy call in a language I don't understand, he finally assigned me another room. This was upstairs at the other wing of the hotel. Night and day difference. A/c was on, nice high thick memory foam mattress, TV worked, No smells or odors, very clean room and bathroom. I did notice a little smoke smell in the room as I was taking off my clothes and realized it was my clothes that smelled, from the short stay in the room.

This place is an absolute dump! No toilet paper, motion detector lights that are annoying, no outlets to charge phone, AC unit too loud to sleep ( not the usual hotel AC loud) ….. this place is a flop house, not a hotel.

This was a nightmare. When the check in desk has bullet proof glass, you know it's not good. The entire hotel smelled of smoke, the place was insanely dirty, the bed was made in 1954 with metal springs. Uncle Fester would have loved it, everyone else, not so much. The place needs to be condemned.

Whole Place Smelled Like An Ashtray
The lobby and hallways smelled like an ashtray. My room was a non smoking room but had obviously been treated with something to get the smoke smell out. Whatever it was burned my eyes all night. They say they have free breakfast…If you call granola bars and coffee…”breakfast”.

Shabby, Poor maintained.
I travel a lot for business reasons and i would rate this place 4 out of 10. Shabby rooms, lazy customer service, broken furnitures. What a mess. They charged me $25 for a so called conference room which was more like a furniture garage. So embarrasing i had to find a corner to avoid my client seeing any of that. Clearly the Owners dont give a stih.

Great location for shopping whatever you need. I guess motels have not recovered from COVID yet - what used to be standard amenities are no longer given. They had good hot coffee so everything was not lost. Miss the continental breakfast though. being in the motel, it was close at hand and saved having to go out for something to start the day off. Maybe next year!

It was ok for a stop over. They screwed up my bill. Bed was not the greatest , but was just ok . But breakfast should not be even put on itinerary. Coffee some juice and a Quaker cookie bar is all they had. Just an ok rating
