  • Villa Michelle si trova nella tranquilla zona residenziale di Los Calamares. Dispone di 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni e una piscina privata riscaldata con una grande terrazza solarium. La villa è a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal cuore di Playa Blanca. La struttura vanta inoltre splendide viste sul mare sul porto e su Fuerteventura. Sulla terrazza è anche un'area giochi con un tavolo da biliardo.

    Villa Michelle ha un vialetto recintato e sostanziale giardino maturo nella parte anteriore.

    La struttura dispone di quattro camere da letto e tre bagni.

    La camera da letto principale beneficia di aria condizionata (tutte le unità A / C funzionano su un sistema di gettoniera e sono disponibili per tutti gli ospiti) e dispone di un letto matrimoniale, spogliatoio con armadio, cassetti e specchio e un ampio bagno privato attrezzato. Il bagno ha una vasca ad angolo, con uno spettacolo separato e doppio lavabo. Camera da letto due ha un letto matrimoniale, armadio a muro e toletta. Tre camere da letto con due letti singoli, armadio a muro, cassetti e specchio. C'è un ampio bagno con doccia situato tra le camere da letto due e tre. La camera da letto quattro ha un letto singolo, letti a castello e un divano letto in stile futon. C'è una serie di cassetti e una toletta. Questa camera ha un bagno interno con doccia.

    La cucina è ben attrezzata e dispone di forno, piano cottura, forno a microonde, frigorifero e freezer, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e numerosi pensili e basi. Le superfici della cucina sono rifinite con deliziosi piani in granito e c'è anche un bar per la colazione e aria condizionata.

    La cucina si apre sull'ampio soggiorno che ha una suite a tre pezzi più posti a sedere integrati. C'è una TV satellitare, un lettore DVD e un lettore CD. Le porte del patio si aprono su una terrazza molto grande con un pergolato coperto che offre una deliziosa sala da pranzo all'aperto con illuminazione, un grande barbecue e un lavandino. C'è una piscina riscaldata di buone dimensioni con posti a sedere per 10 persone e 8 lettini. Una terrazza coperta inferiore ha un tavolo da biliardo con illuminazione. La terrazza è murata e recintata e quindi molto privata. Dalla terrazza si ha una magnifica vista sul porto e ci si può sedere e guardare i traghetti che vanno avanti e indietro da Fuerteventura.

    DOVE MANGIARE. A livello locale a Playa Blanca ci sono molti buoni ristoranti tra cui scegliere. Quelli sul lungomare sono fantastici per il loro ambiente, ma quando viene chiesto di consigliarne uno, ce ne sono due che rimangono costantemente buoni e sono tutti di proprietà e gestione familiare. Los Hervideros ... ottimo per tapas locali. Casa Brigitta (a Marina Rubicon) ... chiedi del pesce del giorno. Siamo inoltre molto lieti di poter offrire i servizi di uno chef personale. Chiedici maggiori informazioni sulle sue confezioni per barbecue, tapas o serate con paella e molto altro ancora. I dettagli sono nella villa.

We loved the view, the close proximity to the promenade with lots of restaurants/shops etc. The villa was well equipped to accommodate our big family. The outside area needs attention.

Another nice holiday at Los Calamares.

Location is excellent for beach, shops and restaurants. Love staying at this Villa but parts are looking tired and problems with the pool meant we had five days not being able to use it. Jason was amazing cleaning the pool and arranging for it to be refilled. The whole team at Villas Now provide a first class and welcoming service.

Wonderful stay in Villa Michelle

We had a wonderful two week holiday at Villa Michelle. This was our third stay in this villa as it suits our needs perfectly. It is in a quiet and private location yet only a ten minute walk from Playa Blanca town. The villa is spotless and we enjoyed the extensive redecoration on this visit. It is very comfortable, spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Great outside area with a view down to the port. The villa staff are helpful and quick to respond to any queries or requests. I would highly recommend Villa Michelle.

Fabulous holiday in Villa Michelle.

A clean and spacious villa. Well equipped and in an excellent location. Very comfortable, private and relaxing outside patio and pool area. We enjoyed eating outdoors with a lovely view down to the port. Saucepans with handles would be safer to use.

Villa Michelle - excellent from start to finish

We always stay in this area so know it’s a great location. Using the back gate is a must really, if you are walking into town or to the supermarket, as it cuts quite a bit of a walk out. Literally 5 - 8 mins from the big supermarket and about the same from the main area of town (by the boat island). Villa is huge, with huge grounds and has everything you need. Kitchen very well equipped if you are eating in or having a BBQ. Had an issue with one of the toilets but reported it via the tablet in the kitchen area and within hours a maintenance guy had been and it was fixed. TV with every possible channel was good for those wanting to relax at night. Very quiet and relaxing. Pool was heated and was like a warm bath. Pool guy turned down the temperature for us slightly but it was still nice and warm. Definitely recommend and would stay here again. Remote controls for the air con in the master king bedrooms did not work - batteries had gone so checking them would be useful. Maybe making a path outside the back gate instead of the rough stones and a light outside the gate. We used torch on mobile at night to see the lock to get back in.

Great location for town/coast

We were a family of 5, 3 adults of 2 kids. The size was perfect for us. Although it sleeps 9 (advert says 10) the rest of the facilities would not comfortably serve more than 6. There is a dining table outside with built in benches suitable for 5-6 people. Small kitchen. The pros - quiet end of cul de sac location but with rear pedestrian access for 10 min walk to shops, restaurants, coast, etc. Communication with the managing company was good. The villa was clean and the beds were comfortable. The garden was private with a distant sea view. The cons - Maintenance at this villa needs attention. Tiles around the pool area need repointing and the plaster on the walls needs fixing and painting. There is no canopy and lighting over the pool table as advertised, the air con did not work in the kitchen or bedroom 1. A portable unit served the bedroom but it was too noisy for night time use. Some of the doors catch on the tiled floor making opening/closing difficult and noisy that ensured everyone got woken up with the first person out of bed. There was no welcome/information book (we were told at the end of our holiday that there is a tablet with helpful info but it was broken). We didn't know how to work various bits of equipment, how to dispose of bins, use the alarm, etc. Such a shame. None of the cons had a massive impact on our holiday. However, we did feel that it was overpriced for the quality of the accommodation and Villas Now have better for less.

Excellent location - a little sad at loss of view down to harbour but totally understand why the wall was raised! The new back gate is also a bonus The pool is great but ideally another couple of degrees warmer would make it fabulous! Villa is a little tired especially the bathrooms and the outside area would be improved (to our mind) with some pretty lights etc. but this is our third visit and we do love being there

Just wanted to say ’thank you’ for the fantastic service you provided from the start to finish of our recent holiday. I was impressed by the high level of personal contact that I had with you, either via email, face to facetelephone. We get so used to dealing with larger, impersonal businesses, that seem to have a ‘slick process’, but can often also leave you feeling like you’re just another ‘number’ going through the booking/holiday process. As well as the great level of communication from yourselves before the actual holiday, we were also given a very warm welcome by Jayne, who was extremely helpful and personable. All of our requests and questions were dealt with quickly and, when you said you would do something, you did! The icing on the cake, was being able to store our luggage with you on our final day. Not only did you allow for this, but Angelina really did go above and beyond, driving over to our villa to collect our luggage, chasing up the taxi when it wasn’t there on time and staying with us until the taxi had arrived - even though it was past her finishing time. We spent last Christmas in Playa Blanca, booking our previous villa through a different agent. Although they were efficient, they certainly lacked the personal touch and attention that you provided. In terms of feedback regarding the villa. I think I’ve already mentioned previously, the photos of the villa on the website really don’t showcase it. I know this is something that you are addressing. It was however, a lovely surprise to view the rooms that weren’t featured/photographed, especially the rooms that have recently been redecorated. It is a wonderful villa, very spacious and has everything that you might want/need. It is looking a little ‘tired’ in places (showers in both ensuites), but it’s also obvious that investment is being made toand improve it. Despite the calima occurring the weekend before we arrived, the level of cleanliness was good. A villa I would definitely recommend to others and would hope that we would return to it in the future. Once again, thanks so much for working so hard to make our holiday so enjoyable.

Perfect for a family holiday!

We recently stayed here as a family of 9 (including young children and grandparents) and we all had a great time! The kids loved the pool, which was heated, and there's a lot of space outside, with a choice of being in the sun or in the shade. The villa was clean and had everything you'd need for a self-catering holiday. The location was ideal - about 10-15 minutes to the shops and beach. Even the older members of the family who find it difficult to walk far could manage quite easily. We can't speak highly enough of the management company - really easy to communicate with before and during the holiday, very friendly and always on call if we had any questions. They arranged the airport transfers for us and were very accommodating on our last day as our timings were a bit awkward. During our stay we booked a few trips through them (waterpark and volcanoes trip) which was really easy as they'd come round to the villa with the tickets/details.

In die Jahre gekommen

Grundsätzlich liegt das Haus wirklich nett in einer kleinen Siedlung in Playa Blanca. Aber das Haus hat einen erheblichen Sanierungsbedarf. Da es während unseres Aufenthalts auch mal Regen gab, wurde dies mehr als deutlich. Das Wasser lief ins Schlafzimmer, starker Schimmelpilzbefall in zwei Badezimmern, eine Dusche unbenutzbar ( Bei Benutzung der Toilettenspülung drückte das Wasser aus der Duschwanne) usw. Das ganze Haus inkl. der Handtücher war feucht und klamm. Also Playa Blanca kann man durchaus machen ( um Längen schöner als das grauenvolle Puerto de la Carmen ) aber in einem anderen Haus.
