The Space:

Surrounded by mature tropical gardens and enjoying spectacular views across the Atlantic towards Fuerteventura and Lobos, Villa Henry is a spacious and welcoming villa designed for relaxation, comfort, and outdoor living.



Set over two levels, the villa combines elegant furnishings with high ceilings, marble flooring, and an abundance of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout.



The impressive master suite occupies the entire upper floor, offering a super king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, an ensuite marble bathroom, and exclusive access to a private roof terrace. From here, guests can enjoy spectacular views across the Atlantic Ocean towards Fuerteventura and Lobos, as well as the surrounding volcanic landscape.



On the ground floor, there is a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom, both served by a modern bathroom with a walk-in marble shower. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, helping to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year.



The fully equipped kitchen is thoughtfully designed for easy holiday living, while the stylish dining area provides a lovely space for enjoying meals together. A second seating area offers an additional place to relax and unwind.



The spacious lounge combines comfort and practicality, featuring comfortable seating, a large Smart TV with international channels, DVD player, and high-speed fibre WiFi. French doors open directly onto the terrace, swimming pool, and beautifully landscaped gardens, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.



Outside, Villa Henry truly shines. The large south-facing heated swimming pool is surrounded by spacious sun terraces, comfortable loungers, and mature tropical gardens filled with palm trees and colourful planting. A shaded outdoor dining area and comfortable outdoor seating provide the perfect setting for al fresco meals and relaxed evenings under the stars.



For added entertainment, the villa also features both a pool table and table tennis table, making it an excellent choice for families and groups.

Villa Henry enjoys a peaceful location in the Aguamarina area of Playa Blanca, close to Faro Park and just moments from the seafront promenade, which stretches all the way from the lighthouse to Marina Rubicón and offers beautiful coastal walks along the way.



A selection of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and bars can be reached within a 10-minute walk, while the centre of Playa Blanca and Marina Rubicón are just a short taxi ride away. The beautiful Playa Flamingo beach is approximately a 5-minute drive from the villa.



With excellent amenities nearby and easy access to the coastline, Villa Henry is perfectly positioned for both relaxation and exploring everything Playa Blanca has to offer.



Getting Around:

Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.



If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.



Other Things to Note:

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.



Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.



Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

We have a convenient self check-in system, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace using a secure digital lock. Your personal access code will be provided once your online check-in is complete.
