The Space:

Villa Sara is a bright and contemporary villa designed for relaxed holiday living, combining stylish interiors with inviting outdoor spaces and beautiful views across Playa Blanca.



Inside, the villa offers a welcoming open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and high-speed WiFi, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the island. The adjoining dining area and fully equipped kitchen provide everything needed for easy self-catering, while a separate utility room with a washing machine and dishwasher adds extra convenience.



The villa comfortably accommodates guests across two bedrooms, including a double bedroom and a twin room. Upstairs, an additional snug room with a sofa bed and Smart TV provides flexible accommodation for extra guests or a separate space for children and teenagers to relax.



Outside, Villa Sara makes the most of Lanzarote's year-round sunshine. The private heated swimming pool features Roman steps for easy access and is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sail shades, comfortable seating, and a pool table for added entertainment. A BBQ and outdoor dining area complete the space, making it ideal for enjoying relaxed meals with family and friends while taking in the lovely sea and mountain views.

The Neighborhood:

Villa Sara enjoys an excellent location in Playa Blanca, within easy walking distance of Marina Rubicón, local beaches, shops, restaurants, and bars. Marina Rubicón offers a fantastic selection of waterfront dining, boutique shopping, supermarkets, and the popular Wednesday and Saturday market.



The centre of Playa Blanca can also be reached on foot via the renowned seafront promenade, where you can enjoy beautiful walks overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Nearby bus links provide convenient connections across the island, making it easy to explore everything Lanzarote has to offer.



Getting Around:

Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.



If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.



Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.



Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Interaction with Guests:

We have a convenient self check-in system, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace using a secure digital lock. Your personal access code will be provided once your online check-in is complete.
