Questa villa si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale chiamata Zafiro che si trova a circa 4 km da Playa Blanca stessa ma situata vicino alla bellissima passeggiata sul mare verso il faro che si imbatte in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. Ci sono una serie di servizi locali (2 negozi di approvvigionamento, bar, ristoranti, caffè ecc.) A circa 15 minuti a piedi, il che rende questa zona abbastanza autosufficiente, ma le spiagge e i servizi principali sono a circa 40-50 minuti a piedi ( anche se un'altra bella fila di bar / ristoranti e alcune insenature sabbiose sono solo circa 25 minuti a piedi). Detto questo, c'è anche un servizio di autobus molto efficiente che parte regolarmente ogni 30 minuti, insieme a un facile accesso ai taxi che possono portarti a Playa Blanca o Marina Rubicon in pochi minuti. L'aeroporto si trova a circa 35 minuti di auto da questa zona.
Villa situata in un piccolo e tranquillo complesso a pochi metri dal Vicks Hotel, con un bellissimo Chill out bar aperto al pubblico e tutti i loro servizi. Questa deliziosa proprietà è stata arredata con gusto.
La camera da letto principale con letto matrimoniale con bagno privato in marmo con una porta che conduce alla piscina.
Seconda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e 3º camera da letto con 2 letti singoli.
Un secondo bagno completo con doccia a piedi.
L'elegante salone ha una grande TV satellitare a schermo piatto e porte finestre conducono alla piscina riscaldata elettricamente e alla terrazza per prendere il sole.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata con forno / piano cottura, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e frigorifero e freezer. La lavatrice si trova nel ripostiglio.
All'esterno troverete la zona pranzo all'aperto con posti a sedere per 6 persone, barbecue delle Canarie, ideale per rilassarsi con un drink fresco mentre lo chef della casa organizza il barbecue.
Asciugamani di lino, bagno / mani / e spiaggia / piscina sono tutti forniti e anche un asciugacapelli è fornito per la vostra convenienza.
Dimensioni della piscina: circa 8m x 4m, che vanno da 1. 2m a 1. 75m di profondità con scala romana per entrare.
Il riscaldamento della piscina funzionerà da novembre ad aprile. Al di fuori di questo periodo avrà un costo aggiuntivo di 80 € / settimana.
Questa villa è dotata di WiFi incluso senza costi aggiuntivi.

Summer 2025 10 day stay

Had a wonderful holiday. Host was absolutely brilliant and so helpful. Villa in a lovely quiet area with some really nice bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Would definitely consider returning. Best Villa we’ve stayed at.

Lovely villa, great pool, fabulous views from the roof terrace of the sea and Fuerteventura, also good views of the sunset. Plenty of room inside the villa, comfy bed, plenty of storage.Nice patio area with table and chairs to sit and eat al fresco. Great location and felt very safe and secure. A lovely welcome pack on arrival which was greatly appreciated. Good variety of restaurants and 2 supermarkets, 2 ATM’s within a 10 minute walk, once we had found the shortcut across the wasteland (after the first walk on the pavement taking 35 minutes !) Nice walks along the sea and to the lighthouse, also uninterrupted views of the sunset. Playa Blanca is a short drive away, vast amount of shops, restaurants and the market on Saturday’s and Wednesday’s was great with huge variety of stalls, Marina area lovely to sit and have a drink or something to eat.Communications with Rainiero was 10 out of 10 all info you needed prior to arrival was provided promptly and also a couple of messages to ensure all was ok during our stay. We would definitely return.

Really lovely, well-appointed villa with comfortable furnishings and a fantastic host.The bedrooms are all air conditioned with TVs, comfortable beds and plenty of storage space.The kitchen is furnished with all you need and more.There is a lovely dining room and no need to come home to a massive laundry operation as there is a washing machine and air dryer. Great tv assortment of channels and movies and series in the delightful living room.Best of all, the outdoor space is well planned and so enjoyable. The heated pool is a must and the daybed is wonderful and provides a bit of shade. Loungers are fab for tanning and enjoying the sun.There is a shaded and sheltered area for respite from the wind that we took most of our meals at. Just lovely.We also enjoyed the roof top terrace views and evening morning gentle sun.It's a superb villa.I gave 4 stars for location as the Zafiro development is lovely, but it is slightly out of the way and close to a less nice area. There is a handy row of restaurants and supermarkets about 3 mins drive away.We had a fabulous week and would recommend this lovely place for relaxation and fun.Raniero, our lovely host, was very helpful, very responsive and his welcome and instructions package was the best I've seen.

Great Holiday

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was well-equipped and located in a quiet, lovely area. We loved the heated Pool.The host Rainiero was incredibly friendly, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. We would definitely choose to vacate here again!

Perfect place for relaxation

What a gem of a place this is! Rainiero has thought of everything you could possibly need even down to toiletries, which I have never experienced in any other villa. The welcome pack was a lovely touch too. The villa is in a peaceful location, with a beautiful sea view

Lovely villa

Lovely spacious and comfortable villa.Lots of options for seating outside in the landscaped gardens around the pool. We loved the sheltered outside dining area and the roof top terrace. Rainiero was a fantastic host and provided a great welcome pack and all necessities such as soap, washing up liquid etc. we are returning next year!

Unser Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Villa von Rainiero war traumhaft. Rainiero ist ein liebevoller Gastgeber, zu jeder Zeit für seine Gäste da. Ebenso die Villa ist komplett liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts. Sie ist bis ins kleinste Details ausgestattet, wir reisen schon seit 11Jahren auf die wunderschöne Insel, aber so einen grandiosen Aufenthalt durften wir das erste Mal genießen. Herzlichen Dank nochmals für Alles Rainiero, wir freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren Urlaub 2026

Wohlfühloase

Wir hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub. Am Anreistag wurden wir sehr nett empfangen und konnten schon etwas früher ins Haus. Überrascht haben uns Rainiero und Francesca mit den kleinen Aufmersamkeiten. Danke dafür! Die Anlage und das Haus liegen in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und waren sehr sauber. Die Terrasse war ein Traum, auf der wir fast jeden Tag den Sonnenaufgang und den Sonnenuntergang genießen konnten. Dank der Poolheizung waren wir jeden Tag im Pool und das perfekte Wetter lud immer wieder zum Grillen ein. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und sind absolut erholt nach Hause gekommen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.Vielen lieben Dank an Rainiero und Francesca.Erik & Angelika

Totally relaxing.

From start to finish - great. The owner was really helpful and responded to any questions/ requests very quickly. He kept us informed of anything we needed to know. He even organised our return airport transfer for us. Thanks. Very comfortable villa. Had all we needed. Great restaurants, supermarket and good coastal walks nearby. Excellent swimming pool!! Would very happily go back. Recommend wholeheartedly!!!

Lovely Villa

Once again a great holiday at this fantastic villa. This villa had everything you could wish for in a holiday home, from great sea views from the balcony to a spacious pool and pool area with landscaped gardens. Comfortable beds and seating. Just a great villa in a good location, and a very welcoming host. We hope to return.

Fantastic Villa!!

Absolutely loved our stay in this stunning villa, the pictures really don't do it justice. Very clean, quite spacious and wonderfully decorated. And the outside is fantastic, with a pool and good mix of places to sunbath and get in the shade, with a roof terrace for watching the sunrises and sunsets. Set in a quiet area of Playa Blanca, with a 5-10 minute walk to some local shops and a 30-40 minute to the main area of Playa Blanca, but we hired a car which I would recommend. The host was lovely, really friendly with a nice welcome pack and some advice for the local restaurants, and good communication throughout. Thoroughly recommend this place, would book again

Ideal Holiday Villa

The villa was exactly as advertised, spacious, well equipped and well maintained. The grounds are very attractive and the heated pool was properly heated. The property benefits from a nice balance of sun and shade, we enjoyed all of our meals in the covered dining area. The plot is completely private with very little possibility of being overlooked. We were there for a month and could definitely have stayed longer. The owner Rai responded to all our requests very quickly and he left us a very nice welcome pack. Best memory - having a Gin and Tonic on the roof terrace watching the sunset.

Lovely property and very helpful owner...

Would just point out that we only do reviews for people that provide exceptional service. Rainiero was on hand to help with any issue, large or small. Our only disappointment was that it was more difficult than we thought to walk along the coastal path, or indeed to the shops/restaurants @ Calle Irlanda, so for anyone other than super-fit hikers [probably 😉], we would regard a car as essential. Once again, thanks to Rainiero for his help, particularly for sorting out the pool heating...we had no idea it wasn't working properly. We would certainly choose this property again if we holiday in Playa Blanca.

10 Day Stay late October

Just returned from staying at this beautiful Villa in Lanzarote. It was our first time visiting Lanzarote and we didn’t really know what to expect. We usually take our holidays in the summer months but this year we had to cancel our holiday last minute due my fathers bad health. We chose Lanzarote for the sun and just to relax after a tough few months. It was booked late August the owner, Rainiero, got in touch via whatsapp to introduce himself and arrange what time we would be flying in and give instructions on how to access the property. The villa was well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay, it was extremely clean and the furnishing was a tasteful and comfortable, we also felt safe in the villa. Rainiero visited just after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed and was very helpful by giving us advice and suggestions on places to shop and eat. Lanzorote was a lot quieter than previous places we have visited but the island is beautiful and we hope to return another year. If the villa is available we would definitely try book to stay in Rainieros villa again. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and comfortable during our stay.

Anniversary trip

What an excellent find. From the moment we booked there was excellent communication with the owner, nothing was too much trouble , very quick to respond to messages. The villa was stunning , very homely, spotlessly clean , every thing you needed to have a fantastic relaxing break . If you want peace and quite then I would definitely recommend this villa
