The approx. 30 square metre terrace is partially covered and offers shady spots even in the summer months. From the terrace as well as from the living room and bedrooms you have sea views as far as the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The living room and one bedroom offer satellite TV with German programmes. The living room offers seating for five people and a flat screen TV with satellite decoder (approx. 150 programmes including German programmes), DVD player, telephone with direct dial in/out, answering machine, mini hi-fi system with CD, mp3, sd card slot, USB and internet radio. The dining room has a dining area for five people. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with large freezer compartment, microwave, 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, coffee/tea service for a fee, Nespresso machine, capsules for a fee, fruit juicer, kettle, toaster as well as complete crockery for five people and various pots, pans and cooking utensils. Air conditioning/heating is available in the living area. A baby cot can be provided on request. A tumble dryer and a washing machine for shared use (with coin slot) are available.
