Tastefully decorated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom renovated house in a beautiful complex with a large communal swimming pool. A few steps from the beach and the promenade. Everything is close by and can be done on foot: restaurants, bars, supermarkets, beaches, village, marina... A free parking space is also available. The house offers wifi, TV, air conditioning/fan and all the comforts for a great stay. The view of the ocean and Furteventura is amazing!

In front of the house, you can enjoy an outdoor relaxation area with lounge, deckchairs and garden. The first floor is composed of a living room open to the dining room and kitchen, an interior patio with table and chairs and a double bedroom with a bathroom. On the first floor, a double bedroom and a suite with master bedroom, bathroom and terrace with a panoramic view of the ocean. A communal swimming pool with deckchairs and outdoor shower is accessible for the inhabitants of the complex.

Located in the Las Coloradas area of Playa Blanca in the south of Lanzarote, the house is a short walk from the nearest beach and the promenade which is several kms long. The promenade will take you to the various beaches, the Marina Rubicon, the center of the village of Playa Blanca and the many restaurants and bars. Family friendly area with playground nearby and dog friendly with a beach allowed for them.

You can either opt for a car-free stay as all amenities are nearby, or with a car and you have a dedicated free parking space at the house and other free spaces on the street.
