Beautiful 4-bedroom house with AC in tranquil Yakima


  • Newly remodeled home located in central Yakima next to the hospital that accommodates up to 10 guests.

    Enjoy all Yakima has to offer by checking out local restaurants, breweries, wineries, and parks nearby.

    Located in a quiet and convenient neighborhood.

    Fully stocked with luxury finishes and everything you need. Also stocked with board games, books, kids toys, WiFi, and a pack n play.

    Master suite upstairs. Bedroom contains a king bed, smart tv, walk in closet and huge walk in shower in master bathroom with rainfall shower head.

    Right off of the master is the main living room with ample seating that includes a couch with a trundle bed. You will also find a half bathroom next to the living room. Then you will find the dining room right next to the kitchen that includes gas range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, breakfast nook, and all of your kitchen essentials.

    In the basement you will find 3 bedrooms. Two of which have queen beds and the 3rd with bunk beds that consist of 3 twin beds. In the basement you will also find another full bathroom with shower/bathtub, laundry room, with new washer and dryer, and family room with large sectional, futon couch, smart tv, and electric fireplace.

    You can reach the backyard through the sliding glass door that will take you to a patio containing a bbq grill. You will also find outdoor furniture surrounding the outdoor gas fire pit.

    Other things to note
    There is a shared driveway that offers space for two cars in the back of the house and more parking in front.

    WiFi and off street parking available.

    Please ensure to book with the exact number of guests that will be staying. Please communicate before arriving if there are any changes. A cost of $50/night per guest will incur for any additional guests not listed or approved before your stay.

    No smoking of any kind allowed inside.

    Quiet hours are 10pm-7pm

Beautiful home.We were there 41 night for a wedding.And it suited us, because we were there to get ready.Sleep and then head out early for a family reunion.So overall, it was an excellent experience

This place was wonderful. The towels were so fluffy and the shower was great. The view from the backyard is very nice and the kitchen is huge! Really appreciated the communication with the host as well. Five stars all around.

Great property! Recently renovated, plenty of space for everyone. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay! Central location worked great. Thank you for using fragrance free laundry detergent. Very much appreciated!

The house was spacious with adequate room for a large family. When we arrived we could not get in because the code we were asked to use did not work which left us standing outside waiting to hear back from the owner. After finally getting a hold of them they gave us their code to use instead. After spending quite a bit of time trying to figure out which one of the many switches turn on the ceiling fans and troble shooting online, I finally contacted the owner only to be told that the previous renters took off with the remotes for them. This information would have been helpful because it would have prevented a lot of wasted time. One of the amenities offered was a BBQ grill. This was one of the amenities that influenced my decision to rent this house because it was a great way to save money from eating out every night and something my family really enjoys doing together. Unfortunately, the grill was discustingly dirty requiring some pretty extensive cleaning so we could use it. Once it was clean I was ready to start grilling only to discover, there wasn't enough propane in the tank to use. Mind you, I had already purchased groceries with the intentions of being able to have a cook out. If you are going to offer an amenity as a selling point it should be kept up so it can be utilized. Otherwise, it served the purpose of providing a roof over our head and adequate space to hang out as a family.
