There is no continental breakfast. My room didn't have a hand towel (though it did have one washcloth and two larger towels for the shower). The sheets had multiple cigarette burns in it (though they were clean and nothing smelled of smoke). The hot water faucet didn't have a "stop" so you'd have to position it so it didn't run. There was no coffee maker, so no way to make anything hot to drink or to hot water for instant meals. There is no pad of paper or pen. I don't expect a lot when I book a low-end motel, but there were several items missing that I do expect - particularly when they are featured in the description of the property, such as the continental breakfast. I didn't know it at the time I booked it, but this area also has a lot of homeless. The owner/manager warned me not to leave any valuables in my vehicle.

By far the most rundown hotel I’ve ever checked into. Broken windows, door jamb replaced from having been kicked in previously, holes in the wall, dirty towels, random hairs all over counters, tub, floors and sheets. It was almost comical how dirty and awful this place was. Staff was friendly though. But aside from that, I’d give it zero stars if that was an option.

Very old building. Area is unsafe. People walking at all hours of the night. Loud music and people throughout my stay. I saw bugs on my bed on my second night after I was awakened by loud moaning next door. I should have left on day one but had nowhere else to go. But after seeing these guys on my bed that’s all it took. I packed up my things and left at 3 in the morning. I’d rather stay im my car, lol.

This is a terrible place to stay. There was visible stain on bed sheets. Room ammonites were broken. The heater is in poor condition and not functioning properly. Check in was hustle cause they couldn’t clear verifying reservations. They told me they couldn’t get my payment from Expedia payment system. Avoid it if you can.

Worst stay ever
It was one of the worst places I've stayed ever. Nothing was good about it. Nothing on the advertisement was true. No breakfast, no laundry room, no grocery store, no nothing and the charged me an extra 30 dollars when I got there to pay in person and tried to make me pay an extra 20 dollars a night for my well trained dog.there were no batteries in the TV remote, no bible, i had a crazy person yelling outside of my room both nights, the guy made it a huge deal when my key wouldn't work for my door and said at 10 o'clock there wouldn't be anybody else around to help me if I was locked out and acted like he couldn't remember me when I was checking out. Horrible all around stay. Probably the worst stay ever

terrible customer service at the front desk
I got a little lost and called the hotel for directions. The desk clerk would not give me directions. He said just look at your GPS. After I found the hotel, the same desk clerk treated me with an abrasive attitude. When I went to the front office to return my key the following morning, the office door was locked. The sign said, "Went to bathroom, be back in five minutes." That five minutes turned out to be forty-five minutes. The room was clean. The hot water knob in the sink did not give me hot water, but the bathtub. did. The heater was extremely noisy. I stayed at Motel 6 in Yakima a year-and-a-half before this visit, and the customer service was very good there. So, the next time i want a hotel in Yakima, I'll go back to that Motel 6.

The managers were awesome! I loved talking with the wife and she was willing to do anything to make us happy! What we didn't like was that there was no coffee pot, coffee, tea, or cups anywhere in the room. There was an ice bucket but no plastic liner or lid for it. The room had one picture and the rest was bare. There was an obvious waste of space (needed a second nightstand for the other bed; the dresser could have been loner to fit a much larger TV as the TV in the room was extremely small and hard for someone like me who is nearly completely blind to see; the closet area could have a dresser or something to make a vanity or dressing area). There were no tissues or other amenities in the room. No book to tell a person what is in the area. No 'do not disturb' or 'housekeeping' sign for the door. The worst part, though, is when I dropped something off mine under the bed. I was reaching around for it and felt tons of dirt and something sticky. GROSS! I told the manager about it and it was never taken care of. The last thing is that one bed was hard as a rock and hard to sleep on (hurt my husbands back). The other bed, thankfully, was softer and he was able to handle it. They also seem to consider their 'blankets' on the beds warm enough. Nope. They are as thin as the top sheets. Be sure to bring your own heavy blankets when staying here (we took a comforter).

Front desk guy was hospitable but the condition of the room was terrible the bathroom floor and toilet sink sweated was constantly wet sheets were dingy cable was cutting in and out and the neighbors were so loud 2 day stay and all we heard was her screaming at her dog

You get none of the amenities that they offer no breakfast no house keeping o nothing no laundry onsite either the property does not look anything like the pictures on Expedia it's definitely a catfish my sink was pouring water cause it had a leak in the refuse to give you extra blankets in stuff it's not worth the money

Hotel room very questionable
The room itself was absolute rundown mess. There was a huge hole in the bathroom door. The front door was almost broken off the hinges. The comforter and sheets had hooked in them from what I would guess was cigarettes. The bed itself was VERY uncomfortable and very worn in. Also on the website it stated breakfast included there in fact was not.

The photos were misleading. Very old building. The Heater was broken..it did not work. My wife had to wear a sweater over her nighty as the night was cold. I feel I was mis-led by the photos. Washroom was old and not a pleasant sight. Will NEVER stay at this property.

This property was disgusting! The room was filthy! There was Blood on the walls. It smelled of Chemicals “Drugs” It looked Nothing like the pics on the website! The sheets were stained the towels were stained. The area is a Homeless Drug infested area. I wish I could post the pictures I took of the room! I asked for a refund so I could find another property and was refused a refund! After calling Expedia I was told there was nothing they could do but give me a $25 credit towards my next stay?? I Left the property and went to another hotel. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THAT PROPERTY!!!

Not clean.
My room had no A/C and it got extremely hot. Tv didn’t work. Remote for tv was for a completely different tv. Bathroom randomly flushed throughout the night, waking us up. Towels were not clean and there was trash under the bed when I got there’re, along with miscellaneous splatters of some liquid that was not mopped away during cleaning.
