I got a little lost and called the hotel for directions. The desk clerk would not give me directions. He said just look at your GPS. After I found the hotel, the same desk clerk treated me with an abrasive attitude. When I went to the front office to return my key the following morning, the office door was locked. The sign said, "Went to bathroom, be back in five minutes." That five minutes turned out to be forty-five minutes. The room was clean. The hot water knob in the sink did not give me hot water, but the bathtub. did. The heater was extremely noisy. I stayed at Motel 6 in Yakima a year-and-a-half before this visit, and the customer service was very good there. So, the next time i want a hotel in Yakima, I'll go back to that Motel 6.
