The hotel in itself was clean, well lit, quiet, very nice. The downside is the homeless in the area, closed businesses, no restaurants close by.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in an area of town that’s a bit sketchy but it felt safe. There’s a guest laundry room that’s nice, with new washer/dryer combo. Breakfast was real basic but worked. Staff friendly and helpful.

This property is a great value. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and modern, and the hotel property is well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel was good only knock would be a lot of homeless in the area. Hotel did do a good job of monitoring the parking lot so we had no problem. Good breakfast.

Motel was clean, staff were friendly and it provided a standard free breakfast. Location was close to the freeway for easy access. It had an outdoor heated pool that was open.

The manager was very helpful and professional. I like that rather than tearing down an older site they updated it, and nicely done. Also, the manager opened the pool earlier than posted on the website and that made our weekend special. We had thrown in our suits just in case. Thanks!

we were very satisfied with our stay at your hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was clean, but it did smell a bit musty when we arrived.

Our stay at Hotel Y met our expectations. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The room itself was clean however the dark laminate floor was poor quality and was coming apart and it also was leaving our feet all black. The breakfast options in the morning were awesome. And it was easy in and easy out for our travels through.

We loved this place! It was very nice the breakfast was great and the staff were very nice. The pool was was actually open it’s heated which was a great plus! The only concern we had was the bathroom wasn’t as clean as we’d like but overall it was a good stay

We were just there for one night- I was trying to save a little mine when I booked this motel. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was I would stay again.

I really appreciated the front desk staff honoring my request to be on the top floor. The price was VERY reasonable and the hotel is nicely remodeled/updated. Our keys weren't working at check-in, but once they remade them, they were fine. Our door didn't latch firmly, so it felt a bit unsafe. The room was nicely decorated and clean (except for the bathroom mirror that was SO smeared I had to use a towel to try and clean it so we could see in it). Housekeeping should make sure to clear previous guest's alarms on the clock...we didn't appreciate the alarm going off at 6am on a morning we wanted to sleep in! This was our first time staying in Yakima and we didn't know there was such a huge homeless population that are all up and down the street this hotel is on. That was a bit unnerving, but we never encountered a problem.

So the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The location is sketchy at best with a LOT of homeless camps around. Definitely not in a "good" part of town. That said, that wasnt even our main issue. The walls are so incredibly thin. We could hear everyone around us as clear as if we were in the same room. Lots of talking, bathroom noises, snoring. It was honestly pretty hard to sleep. It didnt help that the people above us were...especially energentic...at night. That was fun to explain to my 14 year old. While the facility itself is ok, we probably wouldnt stay here again or recommend it.
