“Checkin with Shane was easy and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay very much. Love the balcony looking at the river. Breakfast was very good and the complimentary happy hour drink was a nice touch as well. We will stay again!”

“Best stay in a long time, only issue was screaming kids in the pool and hot tub. Wish there were adult hours… it’s the whole reason we booked. Luckily they were not there in the morning.”

We arrived to find food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest and a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower curtain rod, which immediately made us question the cleanliness of the room. The entire hotel also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Getting our room key to work was like playing Russian roulette—it worked sometimes, but most of the time it didn’t, making it frustrating every time we returned to our room. “I was disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator or an ice bucket. They did finally bring me a fridge about an hour after I requested one. When I first stepped into the unit, the I saw a big bug in the bathroom. Fortunately, that was the only one.”
