“We booked two massages at 4 pm. The hotel forgot one of them. We were offered apologies but no compensation. The forgotten massage was given after dinner, not an ideal time. The shiatsu massage is done in your room on your bed. The spa massage was lovely and is done in the spa.”

Fuji is about 50 kilometers away and you can see it from a couple of train ride stops away whether permitting. On the other hand for customers with a certain age you may need to be prepared for slope climbing.
