“Power outage on our 3rd day, would have appreciated a call or message about when power would return. Otherwise the property was very clean and rooms were spacious. A few of the staff members were not as pleasant as others. ”

“Property like many of its neighbors under remodeling. No disturbance from construction over the weekend. Traveling with grandkids for beach outing. Convenient, beach accessible via stairs. Clean. Courteous staff. Family friendly. Spacious one bedroom suite with sofabed oceanfront with balcony. Two bathrooms make it easy in the morning. Plenty of space for two adults and two kids under 6. Kids being kids, they loved and preferred the sofabed. Breakfast w hot options and fine for the kids....

“No frills for the most part other than a Refrigerator in the rooms. However, quiet and great view of Arroyo Grande from my room. ”

“Hotel did the job, great price and ease of use, simple good, did the job for a night’s sleep, place was clean and tv was very up to date and nice, previous guest even left it signed into Netflix so got free Netflix watch before sleep. Checked in at midnight and checked out exactly at 11am very fast service and help when needed. Very friendly staff, within walking distance of all of Pismo, no need to be driving around Pismo, it's all walkable, parking was good and accessible.”
