“Sofa was not cleaned looked dirty and stains And bench was stained and dirty, did not feel comfortable to sit on it the bathroom the corners by the doors were water stained Plates of dishes had dried food on them. Pots had boiled water stains on them very disappointed looked rundown, not cleaned properly dirty for the price. It should’ve been a lot cleaner looked and felt rundown and dirty.”

“The property has a great location and an awesome view. The checkin hours are very limited (3 p.m. to 5 p.m.) which was a bit odd. Each unit is uniquely furnished but they are all consistent in theme. I would have liked a screen door on the balcony - my cousin's room had this. Rooms are very clean, nice linens and towels and kitchenette. Just a block off the beach and you can hear the surf at night. A relaxing stay.”

"Le camere sono molto belle e pulite, la cucina ben attrezzata. La posizione eccellente. Il processo di check-in però è poco customer oriented. Non c’è personale ed eventuali necessità devono essere gestite mediante chiamata da un display ad un assistente remoto. Il funzionamento della comunicazione non era buono, il volume estremamente basso e l’interlocuzione difficile. Il processo andrebbe migliorato perché in caso di necessità il cliente non è ben seguito. Per tutto il resto l’hotel è eccellente "
