“에티켓룸을 소개하며 '턱이 없고 욕실도 칸막이가 없어 더 편할 것'이라고 안내받고, 흔쾌히 체크인을 했는데 가보니 장애인/노약자용 객실이었습니다. 아마 가족단위에겐 팔수 없는 객실이어서 그랬던 것 같습니다. 꼭 필요한 객실이라고 생각하지만, 세면대의 거치대가 없고, 변기뚜껑도 없고, 비장애인들에겐 불편한 점들이 있었습니다. 모처럼 찾아간 소중한 시간인데, 다음에는 제대로 안내해주시길 바랍니다. ”

“I've been here for business. This hotel basically has only the room with bed and bathroom. No laundry, no breakfast (even if paid), no gym. For the price of 140€ I was expecting more services.
