Una posizione perfetta per riunioni di famiglia o per uso familiare. Goditi un caffè sul ponte mentre guardi le barche che salpano o rilassati sull'accogliente divano accanto al camino. Nuovissima casa a concetto aperto situata a pochi passi dal lago Lewis e Clark e dall'area ricreativa.
Camera da letto principale: letto king size con trapunte alternative in piuma con vista sul lago e porta sul ponte coperto superiore.
Il bagno principale ha una grande doccia con opzioni di spray per il corpo e una grande vasca da bagno indipendente.
Camera 2 e 3: letto matrimoniale con piumini alternativi verso il basso con vista sul giardino di sempreverdi
Camera da letto 4 e 5: letto matrimoniale con piumini alternativi, vista lago e accesso alla porta del patio sul patio esterno
Camera 6: 2 letti a castello con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo su ciascuna (totale 4 letti) ciascuno con piumino alternativo.
Sala bonus gioco multimediale con divano letto estraibile.
Piano principale - Il patio superiore ha una vista ampia sul lago e le sue scogliere dall'alba al tramonto. In una notte limpida, le stelle sono abbondanti. Goditi il tuo caffè mattutino e il tuo drink serale mentre ti rilassi nella sezione all'aperto. Potresti voler dormire fuori solo una sera.
Il patio inferiore offre una griglia per grigliare i vostri hamburger preferiti o bistecche marinate.

Wonderful stay

We booked this house for a little get together for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The communication with the renters was wonderful, the house was so comfortable and beautiful. We will be renting again when we make our way to town!

Travel Group

We are friends (6 couples) who have traveled together every couple of years for a long time. The Yankton trip was an awesome experience, as we ate, drank, talked, laughed, and boated! The house was supreme and everyone loved it! The house was clean, welcoming, and gave us a ‘home’ feel! Thanks for sharing!!

Family Reunion during Dead Week

What a wonderful place to stay to celebrate with our kids and grandkids. All 16 of us enjoyed the stay. With individuals from the ages of 2 to 78, each could have both the space for themselves and for lots of conversations. The "Littles" enjoyed the secret room! The owner was very receptive to our needs including keeping us cool in the very hot weather!

Great place

The property was very clean, well maintained, and up to date. There was even a nice gathering area in the garage which worked well during the rain we received while we were there and couldn't be outside. We had plenty of room for everyone and still offered privacy when you wanted it. The Wi-Fi had interrupted service during the rainstorm that came thru, once it stopped raining all worked well again. The 2 patio areas were very nice and we were able to set up a small pool for the grandkids on the lower one which worked well since there was no yard for them to play in. The host was quick to respond to our questions and when asked about mosquito candles for the yard we were told none were available but when we arrived it had been stocked with these items along with bud spray. We enjoyed our stay at the Lake House and would love to return again in the future!

The Lake House

What a beautiful home in a super location. Finding a home for 16 people to have a family gathering, but this home is absolutely perfect. Very comfortable with areas for smaller groups to meet but spacious enough for all 16 to be together. Very well equipped...cant think of anything that wasnt provided.

Another good family gathering

Our family has rented this house on 3 separate occasions over the past several years. The house is very pretty, spacious, well-furnished and appointed. Everything is in good condition, and the property works well for an informal family gathering consisting of mostly retirement-age folks. It is a good location and indeed has a very nice view. My family, in general, are quite pleased with the house and are happy to travel here. Having a town like Yankton nearby is also a plus, providing good retail and lovely city parks, etc. However, I tend to cast a more critical eye. Some additional observations: • The TV continues to be an ongoing source of puzzlement. Even the more tech-oriented younger types can barely get it operating. It took about an hour just to pull up a Monday night football game and the same for a Thursday night football game. If you have something important that you need to be watching, well, best wishes. Or maybe just watch it on your computer. The TV has behaved this way on all three of our visits. • To repeat, the view from the spacious front deck is very nice, but the highway noise doesn’t die off until about 8pm. • Despite attempts to regulate the house temperatures via the dual thermostats, the air conditioner (stubbornly) ran at nights to a temperature of 66 degrees. You could hang salmon in the basement and it would take a few weeks to spoil. If we cant override the programming t

Family reunion

It was absolutely amazing. No complaints from anyone. There was plenty of space and there were numerous compliments on the house , it’s amenities and the view that made the whole experience great. Our own kids would like to come yearly if available. The other extended family would like to come back in a few years and try it again

Amazing lake house

We had a family get together my son and his family live in Davis SD myself and my sister and our parents all met at this amazing home. Everything was perfect. We have never experienced such a well equipped home. Everything was thought of and more. We enjoyed the view. Had s’mores. The kids saw the turkeys and the deer and they loved playing in the secret room. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Connecting with Family

Awesome! We had an amazing stay with all family members. This house was the perfect "connector" for a group of 5 different families. We met every morning over coffee and eggs. Each sibling was responsible for a meal during the four evenings and each siblings meal was as unique as they are. It was incredible. We stayed up and talked and played games EVERY Evening and we were up early to ejoy each others company. We had EVERY amentiy we could think of. When we needed something...there is was. No detail was spared. It was a combination of a 5 star hotel, meets the most quaint and intimate bed and breakfast. We are in heaven. This was perfect for a family that has adult children, all busy with their own lives and families, but took the time to relax and enjoy the scenery and the lake and the community. We enjoyed Lake Yankton, and spend two days in the water with our Canoes and paddle boards. Bike Riding every day and games every day. Such a great location. Such a great oasis that allowed this family to truly connect once again.

Wedding Weekend

This was a great property for gathering our family for a special weekend. Spacious, well furnished, convenient, and a lovely view and a comfortable stay for time near Yankton. Although it was not our purpose, this would be a great place for spending time on Lewis & Clark Lake and enjoying the great recreation areas nearby.

Family Celebration!

Gorgeous home in an exceptional location! Plenty of space for all of us to spread out and lounge but also gather and reconnect! Genius to have two full floors of living space for various age groups to maneuver, and we spent TONS of time on that beautiful porch enjoying the perfect view! Such easy access to Lewis and Clark Lake and Lake Yankton, too. We had a blast! Highly recommend!
