“I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The main reason I booked this hotel was to use the pool, but it was closed during my stay, which was never communicated beforehand. I also completed online check-in and selected my room nearly 24 hours in advance. When I arrived, I was assigned a completely different room.
